    There is always a point where it becomes a mental challenge. Focus on your goals mate and i always like to have a huge glass of water before every meal and lots of vegetables and salad with every meal to fill me up

    Maybe you have a good personal trainer in your gym who can show you the movements. Most of the time when a is not responding you are not hitting it right

    Great leg session 6 days out. The worse i feel the better my workouts get. Left no stone left unturned.

    Seated calve raises
    Lying leg curls
    Reverse banded hacksquat
    Low stance leg press
    Leg extensions

    Had a brilliant back session today. Great pump, focus, mind muscle connection and i felt pretty strong. Did underhand grip bb rows 140kgx8 which is almost my peak offseason strength. ????

    Close grip lat pulldown
    Underhand grip barbell rows
    Hammer strength low row single arm
    Seated cable row
    Chest supported t bar rows
    Snatch grip shrugs

    Rest day today! My cold is getting better everyday and starting to feel pretty good and confident again! My eyes are set on the Universe now! Time for revenge!

    Or if you want to stay on upper/lower and hit upper more frequently just cut back on the volume a little for better recovery! Also cut back on your volume on leg days when they are already a strong body part to save capabiltiy to recover!

    Little chest and biceps session today with side delts to finish because you can never have enough side delts! 😉 Definitely need a day of rest tomorrow!

    From the pictures i saw, you were definitly the best guy in shape there michael! Great job!

    Thanks you very much. Such comments mean more to me than placings. I definitely brought mybest package ever and for sure was the best conditioned guy on stage and that’s what really counts for me because this was in my own hands.

    Hopefully i can bring the same or better package for the universe because this was my ultimate goal.

    And most important: i really enjoyed being back on stage again after 2 1/2 years.

    Avoid every exercise that causes pain. Cure-coming and join-in helped me a lot with joint problems.
