    Felt much better today. Still not back at a 100% but at least not worse than yesterday. Had a pretty solid push session today. Very strong considering tge circumstances and amazing post contest pump.

    Like the others said don’t overcomplicate it. In off-season it’s not for fat loss. Just try to keep a decent activity level to keep good cardiovascular fitness

    Had a decent leg session today. Nothing crazy. Just a lot of volume und good contractions. Don’t feeling very good today. Hopefully i don’t get sick ????

    Show is over. Placed 2nd in the up to 80kg category with 71kg. I think i was the best conditioned guy on stage that day and brought my absolute a game. 2 weeks till the Austrian Championships and right back on track today.

    I would say wide frame is almost genetics but you can it make look better by creating huge side delts, lats and keeping your waist small

    Are you using enough salt and drinking enough mate. I had this too! Try to stretch your abs after every set!

    Last workout for me today! Just a little bit shoulders and arms! And I got one last form check with my coach Stefan Kienzl where we are going to decide if we start carbing up this afternoon or tomorrow!

    Had an insane push session with mybuddy @lionkingks he pushed me trough a fantastic session. Still managed to push 130kg on the incline at 5 days out. We filmed the whole session for you guys.
