Yes fasted cardio is the best choice in my opinion because you are going to burn bodyfat in a better ratio according to studies because you don’t have to deplete a lot of glycogen first.
Of course i do it in rest days to.
Yes it’s ok to have aminos before but i just go with water or black coffee because when you have protein before it’s not really fasted

I know if I eat protein it’s not really fasted but I’m in calorie deficit and also natural athlete

I’m concerned about muscle loss . Can you give me your opinion about this?
It depends. When you are doing cardio foe 30min with low intensity i wouldn’t worry about muscle loss. When you are going significantly longer maybe have a few eaa’s before.

Have you every tried a jm press. I love it. Also decline close grip is a great variation because you get a greater rom.

I think the jm press is more of an isolation movement thats why iam staying away from it i need a variation that still utilizes shoulder and tris and chest all for an effective extent which i dont think the jm would achieve but what do u think?

And for the decline cgbench i have never tried it but will i think this will be less shoulder and i have no spotter
That’s true. Have you aver tried board pressing or close grip with bands or chains? Also great variations

No first of all when a muscle is weak you need to work on your mind muscle connection. Tryto feel the muscle first and progress from this point. May you have a good personal trainer in your gym or find someone you trust to show you how back is trained correctly.

See it the same as Jordan! Don’t over complicate things to much! Just drink it during your workout and finish it until you are done! I just like to add a little more carbs when I’m doing an intense leg or pull session!

900g of carbs yesterday and weight was down today to 72,4kg! Amazing. Used the fuel for an absolutely epic leg session. Did free weight barbell sqauts and picked a weight a could barely get 10 reps and did rest pause sets till I hit 30 reps! Felt amazing! Love squatting so much at the moment with lighter bodyweight and better mobility!

Standing calve raises
Seated calve raises
Seated leg curls
Sqauts
Leg extensions supersetted with reverse banded hacksqauts
Adductors
Abductors
Standing leg curls

No for sure no heavy bodybuilders because your heart rate will be elevated too high and it will interfere with your recovery a lot

It hits the whole posterior chain. But i would focus on pulling with hamstring and glutes an keep your upper body, especially shoulder blades locked in place

Rest day abd last carb up today. We are trying a new carb loading scheme. 2 meals down already and i have to say it feels amazing. Stomach is very flat, no digestion problems and veins all over my body. But the carbs are also making me very tired.
