We decided to do one last carb loading day tomorrow with almost 900g of carbs before we hit the stage oct. 13

Had a nice pull session and form check with my coach Stefan Kienzl today. Nothing crazy. Just a lot of machine iso stuff because i started to feel a littoe burned out. But mind muscle connection was still great today.

Solid push session today. Nothing crazy but had a great pump. Strength dropped a little today but i expacted that. Just try to go as heavy as possible any given day.

When you have a rack you can go all out with the barbell too if you place the saftey pins at the right place.
If not i would stick to smith machine and go all out.

Had an absolutely insane leg session today. Weight was down to 72,7kg and i don’t know where my strength came from but i pulled a pb on the rdl at 19 days out.

Hy mate! About 84kg in the morning in empty stomach at 157cm height.

Rest day today! Weight is down to 73,0kg! And I look really sick. Skin has never ever been that thin before!

If the chest supported T-bar in your gym doesn’t work for you and breathing is limiting your set just kick it out of your shedule mate. Maybe swith to dumbell rows on an incline bench instead!
