Never be too aggressive. Just start with elevating your caloric output. And later on i woukd reduce calories slightly to be in a deficit of 300-500 calories

Yes Hadi should definitely win, he was definitely the best but I doubt it they will put him at the first place. What did you think of Kamal Elgragni? I’m pleased he won 212, although I would have Derek on 3rd and Shaun on 2nd.

Kamal blew my mind. Especially considering he is 38 years old. Also shaun was unbelievable. But in much better conditioning than the open competitors.

Happy me today! Carb loading and watching Mr. Olympia! Can’t get any better than that! I’m a little disapointet that nobody really nailed the conditioning. For me Hadi had the best condition from the top guys. Brand pushed fullness a little to far and Roelly was the disappointment of the evening!

Had a great pull session today! Starting my workouts is always very challenging because I feel very very tired atm but when I started it feels amazing and power is coming back! First time I did pullups in ages I think but they feel great with my bodyweight that low!

Had a form check this morning with my coach Stefan! He was very happy. Bodyfat is on point so far. So he gave me a carb up day tomorrow! Which makes me very happy!

You are just using more inner tighs, adductors and glutes with this stance. If you are doing other exercises with a close stance everything is fine for maximum leg development!

Well needed rest day today after doing 2 cardio and 1 weight session yesterday. Just 45min of cardio in the morning. Rest is going to be work work work today!

I think it’s possible to get a really dense physique without those typical lifts but a hip/hinge variation is a must. Maybe dumbell rdl’s.

Feeling really really tired today but workout was great again. First time free military press since my biceps injury and i’m still very strong which makes me extremely happy.
