other then that, i was wondering, how do u like having ur own gym? too much work?

Mealplan is as follows at 5 weeks out:
Protein 303g, carbs 224g, fat 38g, total 2.495cal on training daysProtein 267, carbs 161, fat 37, total 2.094 cal on off days
Will post exact meal plan later when i have more time.

Yeah for sure. Go by feel. If you don’t feel ready to attack the weights again give yourself another day of rest.

My coach told me not to train yesterday and rest instead. So i used the extra carbs for an insane pull session. Hit a huge lifetime pb on the dumbell rdl. ????

Weight was down to 73,9kg so my coach gave me my first refeed day this prep. ???? Going to hit a push session later today ????????

Omg my leg session went so damn crazy. Couldn’t go heavy on squats because of a light injury. So i decided to do a “Roman Fritz” set. I did sqauts. Just 100kg but 10 sets and only 30 breaths in between and this was pure tortue. I loved it.

Legs on the menu today! Condition is now really coming nicely! Started the day with 50min of cardio on the stationary bike! For quads I’m going to do a little more volume today because I hurt my rectus femuris a little! Don’t already know what I’m going to do but I’ll let you know! Maybe some supersets!

I think 5×5 is a good method for beginners but the more experienced you become the harder it’s going to be to progess with this programme!

Yes i had done them for triceps, lats and calves and i really love them. Still doing them but not every workout!

Did a little shoulder and arm session today! Felt great. Still very strong. Weight was down to 74,1kg this morning and I was still able to press the 50kg dumbells overhead!
