When you are not feeling good stay at home and rest beacuse it’s not going to be a productive session anyways and when you become really sick it can keep you away from the gym for 1-2 weeks!

Rest day today! Woke up really early and started the day with 50min of cardio! Going to have some deep tissue therapie on my legs later today! Prep is starting to get mentally really challinging now 38 days out of my first show this season!

Great pull session today. It gets really tough atm to motivate myself at the beginning of the workout but when I’m at my first set it’s still amazing. Strongest i’ve ever been with my bodyweight that low.

I think if you have a weakbody part it always has to do with lagging mind muscle connection. Maybe you have an experience pt in your gym who can take you trough a session

Bodyweight was down to 74,6kg today and i’m still at my all tine strength levels. Push session today and i pressed the 55kg dumbells for 9 on the incline bench.

I think the most important thing on the rdl is pushing the hips back. And go down as low as your individual range of motion allows you without rounding your back

Legs today. Calves and hams where amazing. Quads still not back where i want them to be after popping a few fibers 2 weeks ago. But i was able to hit a big pb at rdl’s so im very happy.

Depends on many factors mate! Your genetics, work ethic, training, recovery, caloric surplus etc.
It won’t be linear. In the beginning you will have a pretty significant jump from retaining more water!

Rest day today! Just did 50min of cardio in the morning. Rest of the day is focus on resting and recover! Tomorrow is legs on the menu! I’m so damn motivated. Legs are a little behind condition wise but I know from previous preps that the really get in shape when we cut out the cardio in the end!

I would just cut it out the final weeks of your diet because artificial sweeteners can make you retain water and hurt your digestive system if you consume to much

Perfect day for me today. First i had a form check with my coach Stefan Kienzl the Austrian mastermind and he was very very happy. We decided to jump into an IFBB pro qualifier in Budapest in 6 weeks. ???? I’m so excited.
