I would do one compound and one iso exercise and progress. When you are not progressing at the end of your workout it’s just to much volume and also counter productive for your recovery!

Had a pretty bad leg session today!
Felt pretty strong in the beginning but when i got to my working set on the banded leg press I felt something strange in my right quad! Nothing tragic. Not very painful but i racked to weight and continued with some lighter work! But focus and self confidence were gone!
Seated calve raises
Lying leg curls
Banded leg press
Reverse banded hack squats
Standing leg curls
Single leg extension
Adductors
Lunges -

But i wouldn’t start with 45min daily. I would start with 30min 3 times a week an work up when progress is stalling

When you are in a caloric deficit you will be in a state of depletion anywas. So like the others said, it’s part of the process.

You are never wrong with placing your macros around your workouts.

Had a fantastic push session today. Strength was trough the roof. Could almost nail my offseason pb’s with about 7-8kg less than my peak offseason weight.

When everyone is training hard and people pushing each other. This creates an environment for progress and growth.

Had an insane density session today. Started to implement these sessions in my training regime because i realized they burn so mich more calories which is great for my prep. Pb’s came flying in every exercise.
Standing calve raises
Hammer strength iso lateral underhand pulldown
RDL’s
Seated leg curls
V squat
Single leg legpress -
our push session was perfect ???? this is exactly the style of training I need .. I ve learned so much thank you !
aaaand I feel my upper chest right now ..ok I feel everything we’ve trained but the upper chest has never felt like this before in my whole life !
w’ve got to do this again .. next time pull ????
and little side notice…tried prepare, sustain and mpsmax the first time – ordered it right away yesterday ???? no problem with my stomach or eating after training

You need to build some confidence again! If you crash with your bike you have to get immediately get back on it or the fear will get worse! Just dig deep and overcome it!
