I was always critizised in the past for my back development and I really worked my ass of the last 2 1/2 years to bring my back up until I ‘m going to step on stage again. This year I’m very happy so far with my back shots! Let’s see how it’s going to look peeled!

First time I competed was in 2007 when I was 18 years old in the IFBB! 2010 I switched to NABBA/WFF and won the Junior Austrian Championships and Junior WFF Worlds!
I got 3 final placings in the NABBA Worlds!
2014 I was 6.
2015 I was 4.
2017 I was 2.And in 2017 I won the NABBA Overall Austrian Championships!
This year is going to be my first NABBA Universe and I’m going to compete in maybe 1 or 2 IFBB pro qualifiers! Maybe Budapest or William Bonac Classic in Amsterdam but I don’t know already!

Thanks a lot mate! Did powerlifting the whole year of 2018 and I think that brought a lot of density to my back!

I don’t think that differnet cardio equipment will lead to different results when you are in the same heartrate! Cardio is just a tool to have a higher caloric output and create a deficit! As long as you are in a deficit you will loose bodyfat!

We dropped the calories yesterday and weight went immediately down to 76,6kg which makes me extremely happy! Conditioning also improved a lot! I think I was never that far with my conditioning at 9 weeks out from a show! So there is absolutely no stress and that’s the most important for me when I’m prepping!

I would say max. 1-2kg per month. Most important is that you up your calroies slowely until you maxed out your strength and than go up again! Like a reverse diet!

Had an amazing leg session today! Did a lot of mobility and stretching before and had no knee pain at all! Hit a pb on the smith machine pause sqaut with 190kgx5 with 77kg bodyweight!

Leg extensions
TRX leg curls

Was sending my prep coach @bossofoutlaw a posing video this morning to check my shape! He is very happy with the progress i’ve made! We decided to pull calories a little lower because I want to be ready at least to weeks out and let myself get harder to the show date!
I’m now at 2.700 calories on my training days and 2.100 calories on my offdays with 6x40min cardio a week!
