Normally would be a leg session today and back tomorrow but Kevin asked me to train push with him tomorrow so I decided to do a density session today and omg it was awesome. I hit pb’s in almost every exercise I did!

    Standing calve raises
Hammer strength underhand grip isolateral pulldown
    Barbell rdl
    Seated leg curl
    V-squat

Don’t judge by bathroom pics a few weeks out which only show one pose, totally pumped where somebody shows his best muscle groups! The only look that counts is the stage look! And Roelly very rarely nailed it on show day!

I agree with regards to winning the Olympia. I don’t think he will but for pure mass it’s unbelievable. Looks freakish

Pure mass is unbelievably impressive but i prefer the grainy look with muscle maturity like ronnie or dorian had.

Rest day today! Mealplan stays pretty much the same one rest days. I just skip the intra shake and post workout meal. Rest days are the hardest for me during prep! I always try to stay very active and not to think about my next meal all the time! 😉

First of all i would see a good massage therapist mate. This can help you a lot.

I would just avoid all exercises and ranges of motion that will cause pain

Sounds like you need a deload mate. Take a week of the gym and make sure you are fully recovered until you hit the gym again!

Had a superb pull session today. Did cardio in the morning and watched an old video of Corinne and Jordan doing heavy T-bar rows in strength asylum gym! Oh buy there isn’t any better motivation to get hyped for a training session than that!

    T-bar rows
    Hammer strength iso lateral pulldown
MAG close supinated grip lat pulldown
Hammer strength high row supersetted with rope pullovers

I think what makes the butterfly machine so much superior to e.g dumbell flys is that on the machine you have a peak contraction and loading stays the same trough the entire rage of motion. With a dumbell fly there is much tension in the bottom position which can be critical when you have shoulder problems and you have no peak contraction except a spotter is giving you some extra resistance on top! I love free weight training but at some isolation movements like side laterals or flys machines or just so much superior for stimulation the muscle!

If it’s possible i would do it away from the weights. When it’s not possible do it afterwards. When it’s cardio after a leg session i would do something like a crosswalker.

You can also do a little cardio before weights but just about 10min to get your heartrate up and not for burning bodyfat.

Rest day today and it was very needed. This prep even without gh i feel the masteron is doing an amazing job for the recovery of my nervous system. Training 5-6 times a week and cardio almost every day but recovery is on point.

40min of cardio in the morning. Weight didn’t drop for a few days so boss of outlaw and i decided to take my carbs down a bit.
