It’s hard to say from that pic but to be honest from my point of view you are not lean enough. I wouldn’t manipulate anything because when you are not ready and fat free it can only get worse!

Leg session today! Have a little bit of knee pain so I need to be very careful with my heavy loading. Like to stay a little bit higher in reps for legs and drop the hammer with the intensity!

Reverse banded hacksquat (wasn’t happy with my loading set, so in my backoff I choose a weight were I can barely get 15 reps with perfect technique and did 50 reps rest pause style, felt absolutely amazing)

Things like:
CD with your posing music
posing trunks
paper towels
gloves for bringing up the color if you do it on your own
Color
Flip flop/slippers
Warm socks (your feet should always be warm)
towel
Something to pump up (elastic band, etc)
Gatorade
Food

I think a good benchmark is to cut back on carbs for 1/3 on your rest days. You still need carbs to recover properly!
Your fats seem to be very low. Try to implement a good fat choice in your last meal of the day without carbs!
On non training days or training days? Or both?

Both mate. I think a protein/fat combo is best before you go to bed. -

Rest day today! Just did 40min of stationary bicycle in the morning. Rest days are always the toughest for me because of the restricted calories and I don’t get a “mental boost” from my workouts!
Legs feeling pretty exhausted today. Yesterdays workout was great. Perfect loading, perfect reps and amazing mind muscle connection! I also did RDL’s again for the first time in a while and the felt amazing!

Cardio is now up to 6x40min a week.
Amazing leg session today. Conditioning is getting better every day.

Maybe you need a little more carbs for a day or two or a good cheat meal could help boost yiur metabolism if yiu are dieting consistently for such a long period
