If you need to have a cheat meal for your state of mind I would switch to a meal which doesn’t effect your digestion! My go to cheatmeal is sushi!

Thanks a lot GTflex! I’m training a PPL split like most of the guys here! I just switch a little bit around with my focus on body parts which I think I need to improve the most!
Today I had a form check with Stefan Kienzl (@bossofoutlaw)! I was very happy with everything so far. We just switched sides in my side chest pose because of my biceps injury. Now I’m going to do it from the other side. He said we need to bring up my hamstrings a little bit because my quads are very dominant at the moment but so far this is my best ever look!
Afterwards I did a pull session with lots of machine iso movements and finished with 30min on the stairmaster!

I would say do the movements you feel the best! I would do something like crunches or leg raises for your abdominals and planks for you transversus! Proper execution and breathing are very important!

Res day today after killing legs yesterday with Kevin. And the rest day was so much needed. I feel totally crushed today. No energy. Started the day with a 40min walk. This always help to get me going in the morning.
2.800 calories and 300g of carbs for me today.
Tomorrow I’m going to have a form check with the Boss Stefan Kienzl. I’m already very excited.

Hy guys! Welcome to my prep log for the autumn season! Like the name of my log tells you, my main goal is the NABBA Universe on 2nd of November! The Austrian championships is going to be one week before in my hometown Grafenwörth which is an awesome extra motivation for me!
I would also like to compete at 1 or 2 IFBB pro qualifiers but don’t exactly know which already! Maybe at the Dennis James Classic on 9th of November in Frankfurt, Germany!

Like Matt said those 2 sets are working sets. Warum up with progressively heavier load and lowering the reps! Do just enough sets that you are warm and feel ready to attack a heavy load but not warm up to much that you are taking away strength for your heavy set!

I would see a doctor before and do a health check up and get bloodwork done to make sure everything is ok and also afterwards.
250mg of test a week shouldn’t have a lot of negative side effects but you can never be wrong like haider said with love heart, cure-coming, kidney and blood presse stack and liver stack.

79,4kg this morning. Weight is now pretty solid since a week but condition is slowly getting better every day. Also my arms seem to improve again which makes me very happy. Pretty high volume pull session today.

Had a nasty leg session today. Went to fightness gym in vienna which is very good equipped for legs and i love to get different stimulations.
