I definitely would skip the drop sets and just do straight sets with a little higher reps during deload

Had a great leg session today. Knee is almost no problem any more which makes me extremely happy!

Yes insure is based on the amout of carbs you are taking.
With Halcyon i very a lot depending on my stress levels. When i had very nervous system taxing sessions and a lot of stress in my daily life i take up to 8 caps a day sometimes.

Rest day today! Did my early morning cardio fir 30min and a lot of stretching ans blackroll afterwards especially for the lower half of my body. I really like to do this the day before legday.

50mcg of t3 is pretty much in my opinion and more than i’ve ever taken in any of my preps. 37,5mcg was the most. Be careful with t3 that you don’t sacrifice a lot of muscle

Rest day today. To be honest everything feeling extremely good at the moment. Digestion is great, sleep is good, joints feeling good again. Very happy with that phase.

Im more a fan of using primo or npp instead of equipoise but that’s just personal preference.

Maybe you find different ways to train when you get a little creative. I always get inspired when i see people training on insta or YouTube balls to the wall with very limited equipment
