I favour ppl because you have a good frequency and you have also the ability to focus more on individual weaknesses like on upper/lower!

I totally agree with Clare! Maybe also sumo squats or deads or side lunges are good alternatives!

Rest today! Maybe I’m going to take out my wife for dinner in the evening! One last time before my prep starts monday! Rest works really good. I’m very happy with this offseason. Conditioning is the best ever to start my prep. Joints feeling good. Can’t wait to start!

You are on buddy! I’m going to check when it fits best for me to train arms or legs together! I’m already excited. I love training with the some minded people. I don’t care about how strong anybody is. I just want to lift with someone who shares my mindset!

looking forward to see how your prep goes ????

need to come to your gym and train there (living in vienna also team kienzl haha)

Yeeaaah. My pleasure. I remember i judged you this spring. Great performance and conditioning. Would love to get in a session with you if you like to.
Jep i saw you at the judging table ???? thats an honour to hear from you as i really look up to you guys (wotti an kevin also) ..

I d love to get a session in with you (just was afraid to ask cause i dont want to interrupt your prep haha ) goal this offseason for me is to focus a lot more on training cause nutrition is always on point and i think that the training is the missing link to progress like i need and want to ????

In terms of time the weekend is usually no probleme for also on friday i work till 12:30 .. so you say a date when you like and i ll be there ???? we can also write in instagram to manage this haha  (martin.kfm)

????
Damn i love your attitude. Because most lifters think “oh my training is perfect. I know what i’m doing” but this is just bullshit. If you think you know everything and stop learning that’s the point when you stop improving where you need to. I’m lifting for more than 16 years now and i’m constantly learning and try to improve my training.

Which bodypart would you like to train the most? I’m going to check my shedule and write you on insta.

I would switch to patatoes or sweet potatoe! They have a lower GI so maybe not optimal as a post workout meal but perfect trough out the day!

Delt and arms session today with big Wotti! Can’t wait! I love training on my own but from time to time I also enjoy a good session with my friends! Gonna visit him in “Das Gym” in Vienna which is unbelievably equipped!

Don’t overcomplicate it. When you feel better the next day after a cheat meal, have it on your rest days.

Depends. sometimes the weight doesn’t change but conditioning is getting better. If this is the case i would adjust nothing. If your conditioning hits a plateau to i would change something depend on what your goal and deadline is

Yesterday’s leg session was a massacre. Now i’m officially mentally in prep mode.

Seated leg curls (1 set with 4 drops and different failure points)
Reverse banded hacksquat (260×7 new pb, 180×33 new pb, 100×100 passed out for a minut afterwards ????)
Triple set of banded leg press
Box squats on smith machine
And heel elevated goblet squats

This workout was i nightmare and i fucking loved it ????????????
