Most of the time it’s not about the exercise, it’s about how you perform them! You will have glute envolvement on almost every lower back exercise but e.g. on hypers you can place emphasis on your hamstrings, glutes or lower back depending on how you perform them!

Legs on the menu today! One of my clients has his 1.000 training session so I said I’m going to do a very special leg session with him. I’m still waiting for the final inspiration but it’s going to be intense for sure! 😉

Enjoying my last days of offseson atm. Nothing crazy. Mealplan is on point every day but it’s just in my head that it’s not prep already!

Good idea to loose weight but definitaly not for a contest diet! You need carbs for performance and for your recovery too! You will losse bodyfat when you are in a caloric deficit. No need to drop the carbs completely!

Fantastic push session in the evening today. Hit a new pb in the hs incline press with 4 1/2 plates for 6 paused and very slow and controlled. Pressed 6 reps before but not that strict.

    Hs incline press
    Close grip decline bench press
    Jm press
    Rope overhead extension
    Side lateral machine fst 7
Snatch grip shrugs on smith machine

I think besides superdrol winnie is the worst supp for your health at all! The oral version is a more liver toxic because of the first pass effect but also injecting winnie is very bad! That’s why i would advice to never use it for longer than 8 weeks max. Supps may help a little but not to stay on a “healthy level!”

A pretty good benchmark to start is 1 liter per 20kg of bodyweigth. Means 5 liters for a 100kg lifter plus an extra 0,5 – 1 liter for every intense hour of training! When you have a very physical acitve job add a little more!

I would suggest a heartrate between 120 and 140bpm depending on your age and fitness for burning body fat!

Had an amazing pull session today! 3rd this week! 😉 Trained in “Das Gym” in Vienna with Kevin Stütz and Overall pro miss universe Jekaterina Übelacker! Great to have such inspiring athletes around me and pushing me! Did a lot of machines today where a don’t even know the name. And we finished the back part of the pull session with Trap-bar deadlifts which I didn’t do in a very long time! But they felt great. I was fucking week because I’m not used to it but the feeling was really amazing! Also trained biceps on the original Dorian Yates nautilus biceps curl machine on which he trained in Blood & Guts in Temple Gym in Birmingham. So cool! This is true bodybuilding history!

I also like to train calves really heavy somewhere in the 6-8 rep range with very strict technique because your calves are used to high rep training trough walking all day!

Doesn’t matter what type of cardio you do as long as your heart rate is in the same range! I would trust the burned calroies the machine says! Just check that your heart rate is in the range of your low intensity cardio!

Best cardio is the one you don’t skip! 😉
