For me it’s not very important what brand or model you use. It’s just important that your shoe hast a flat and hard sole that you can transfer the pressure into the ground. I use inov8 or train bare foot most oft the time.

I would advice to see a good massage therapist or sports medicine first to nake sure everything is fine.

Sounds like maybe your footplacement is not right for your anatomy. Maybe you can post a video of your leg pressing?

I woukd advice to stage in a range of motion you can do painfree.

Mark won his class but not the overall. He looked amazing and it was very close in my eyes. Mark was in much better conditioning and dominated from the back. The winner was maybe a little more “symmetrical” but that’s an individual opinion. And the winner was czech. I had mark winning.
You looked amazing buddy. Well done. I feel so sorry you didn’t make it. Very happy to see you again.

I still can’t realize what has happened yesterday. It was a dream come true to get Kevin’s pro card as a team in Pilsen. Today i was recovering at home from the weekend. Just lots of sleep and rest. I will be back to training tomorrow.

Show day. Kevin made the weightlimit of 100kg easily with 97,5kg but we wanted to be on the save side for the weigh in. Did a very conservative carb up and mid section is looking amazing. Can’t wait to see him next to the other competitors on stage.

In my point of view as long as you are doing the big compound movements you will keep all your muscles or maybe can make some gains too. I would also consider taking more rest days. When your arms aren’t really a weakness you can just skip them for a few weeks and the won’t visibly go!

Heading to Czech Republic to the virus open with my buddy Kevin Stütz and the mastermind Stefan Kienzl! I will do my best to keep you updated about everything. I’m very interested how the show is run and how the quality of the line up is going to be!

I think you wrapped them to widespread. Wraps should just cover the kneecap. 3 loops, 1 cross and that’s it. But like Kuba said, just use them when you are already really strong and I would not use them when leg pressing. Only for really, really heavy squats!

Always weigh all your food raw! It’s the only right way to calculate your macros!

Last push session today before we are heading to the Virus open tomorrow! Trained alone in my empty gym in the morning and oh boy I love it! Elbow felt good today. Almost no pain! Cure-cumin is doing an amazing job!

    Hammer strength incline press
    Life fitness decline chest press
    Hammer strength dip machine
    Kettle bell overhead extensions
    Cable handcuff side laterls
    Cable rear delt

I don’t think it really matters what kind of cardio you are doing for fat loss as long as your heart rate is in the same range you will burn the same amount of calories. Just do what you “enjoy” most!
