If these are the only two options i would do it definitely post workouts! I wouldn’t deplete my glycogen stores before going into a heavy workout!

Just keep an eye on your heartrate. If your heartrate is the same you will burn the same amount of calories! But i personally like the treadmill with a higher incline with relatively moderate speed!

Today I did a pull session with my boy Kevin Stütz! It was his last pull session before we are heading to Pilsen for the Virus Open! He looks amazing. His skin is paper thin! Almost 4kg dawn from the NABBA Worlds weight! Can’t wait to see how he is going to look on stage! Of course we did a lot of iso stuff today but it felt good and i had a great pump!

    Lat pull down
    Hammer strength iso lateral pulldown
    Seated cable row single arm
    Hammer strength high row
    Hammer strength dy row
    Hammer strength high curl

When they don’t hurt they don’t work. The harder, the better. Maybe you can post a video hiw you are wrapping them?

Needed to get a leg session in today because in two days we are heading to pilsen for the virus open with kevin on his hunt for a pro card. Also can’t wait to see Mark Joyce on stage again.

Today’s session was epic. Didn’t want to go very heavy because my knee didn’t fell quite right so i decided to do triple sets.

    Seated calve raises
Calve raises in the leg press
    Lying hamstring curls

    Triple sets of
    Banded leg press
    Leg extensions
    Hacksquats

I did 3 rounds of that and i was crushed. The pump was so damn brutal today. Really love such crazy sessions from time to time.

Don’t do exercises that hurt your wrist evan more. Maybe you can switch to dumbells or machines.

I would take an extra rest day. If this happens more frequently like Corinne said: Overthink your programm or maybe you are overtrained!

Is this the beginning of your diet? Very low in carbs from my point of view. I would start with a lot higher in carb intake and reduce them as the diet goes on and when you hit a plateau. When you start with your carbs already very low, there is almost nowhere to go when you hit a plateau! Especially no carbs post workout is an absolute no go for me! You need them to restore glycogen and for your recovery!

Managed to get in a leg session in the afternoon! It was very hot but I love it. I always trun down the air condition when I’m training because I hate the cold air blowing while I’m training and sweating!

Legs feeling better every session. I’m actually doing a lot of streching an black roll and performance went up a lot!

Hit pb’s in the legpress with 550×11 and 600×7 and in the V-Squat 300×7!

    Seated calve raise
    Seated leg curl
    Legrpess
    V-squat
    Adductur Machine
    Leg extension

If you have no digestive issues you can keep it in. I think it depends a lot on how much you consume. Your daily fluid intake should consist mostly from just water. When you have a glass or two a day just for taste I don’t see a problem if you don’t “count” it to your fluid intake!

Last week before a show I would cut it out completely!

I would say this depends a lot on your individuel body weigth, activity level, training intensity and volume, heat, etc. Most of the the i drink somewhere around 5-6 liters on my training days and about 4 on my off days!

Make sure you are really well hydrated when you hit the gym. I consume 2 liters during my intense training sessions!
