Would bpc and tb help? Or wasted here as it’s not so much joint inflammation, but the oil causing the issue

Just saw you post on IG that you’re getting in the strive upper back row and pulldown. I went back through your old posts and saw you use the strive pulldown. Looks like you usually had it loaded in the shortened on the cam setting even when performing it later in the session – is there a specific reason to that? I’ve got the same one in my gym and trying to figure out which setting I like best

Perfect session for me today , my tricep pushdown has improved so much , will keep hammering away . I’m seeing nice PO despite the slow dieting down which is superb

    Hey Jordan,
I assume it doesn’t really matter and the answer is just a pick one and progress it – but do you have a preference of starting with a tricep press or push down? I remember you said push downs beat up your elbows too, which I find being the case once I’ve had a good run on them as my first movement.
I don’t really run into that when pressing first and doing push downs afterwards though. Presses just feel a bit better once I’ve done push downs first.
Do you think there’s still a benefit of having a push down before tricep presses for development and just rotating them out once elbows start speaking? Or better not to get them bet up in the first place

    Hi Jordan,
Just re-read the entirety of your log to see how you managed the pec injury as I popped some fibres myself today.

Besides starting with pec dec and being careful with exercises starting from lockout / going into a deeper stretch, do you have any other strategies for the recovery process?
Do you do any other rehab work or use stuff like bpc157 in the affected area?
I was progressing so damn well and just want to get back to it asap. Couldn’t even do any tricep pressing after it happened today

    Pull day,

Feeling great, solid session and progressed all lifts, added a set on few lat movements as recovery allows it very productive work and I felt bigger & stronger.

    SA pull down x2 + 1

    Cybex row x2

Cybex eagle SA row x3 +1

    Upper back pull down x2

    Prime row x3

    Into shrug

    Bicep x3

    Reverse pec x3

All lifts up and felt good, appetite & condition are great. Legit 270 in bound

Hey kuba, has there been any change in cycle since the start of this push up? Just checked back the log and haven’t seen any.
Do you find sleeping harder as you push up in weight, regarding snoring and potential need for cpap?

No more upper lowers , that’s them just exhausted now , I was honestly so fuckdd up this morning and I didn’t sleep well last night

The recovery from ppl was Easier so then the UL exposure this time felt a big shock , my body feels like its been abused the last couple days

Rest tmo , then just push pull legs

    Hey Jordan,
On the last sessions you posted, you had tris on 3 sets for 2 sleep frequency. If you were able to do regular instead of banded push downs, do you think this would stay the same or maybe drop to 2, as there would be more eccentric loading and “damage” with regular push downs?

Lifts , always lifts , the progression of them is the indication that adaptation has occurred

Do you still pay much consideration to soreness / fatigue of a muscle when training at such high frequency? Or literally just GO GET IT as long as the lifts progress? So progression should be used as main gauge of whether you were recovered enough going into that session as opposed to soreness?
Just asking as you mentioned in the new video you’re pretty much mashed 24/7 which is fine as long as you shut that out and progress lifts

Rest day usual day last few days weight has trended up and it’s feeling good, the look of anything is improving and we are starting the push up from Saturday

Start point will be 500 test 1200 primo 10 iu Gh

Super basic but does job and with how lean I am I will see an epic response

Leg day today 238 and feeling great, sleep is amazing so is recovery so we press on.

Hey Kuba, how do you determine the duration of your own and your clients recovery / cruise phases?
Is it based off blood work alone?

Going through your log I see the trend of your cruises lasting 5-6 weeks and this recovery phase was 3 weeks from 25/06-17/07.
I always thought it was meant to be 8weeks+ to wait for the half-life of the androgens to clear, but is it as simple as kicking it back up as long as bloods are in a good spot?

Okay thank you for all of the help guys!
Would you advise to hop straight into the cut, or do a maintenance of 4ish weeks at this weight to let it “marinate” like dr Scott and Kuba often talk about?

Also is it normal that pumps diminish like this and you experience the same thing, or something else is off?

Thank you for the reply and kind words Jordan!
I just did a mini cut from late December to start of feb. I don’t think I rushed this push up with a 25 pound gain in 14 weeks (a fair bit of weight came on when I reintroduced gear and gh at the start of the push). Should I have taken it even slower as a 14 week push isn’t really a long time spent at higher weight?
I was hoping to do my first ever comp prep after this or the next push up, but obviously still lack the size to be competitive, so I really want to maximise muscle gain to be competitive asap. I’m sick of being lean and not big enough
