You changed from your last drug update a few pages back from primo, to mast / eq in this drug bump.
Are you now more onboard with the idea of mast and primo being interchangeable? I remember you saying you didn’t think so in a q&a a while back.Thank you for all the info 🙏

Rest – bodyweight maintained perfectly this week. I’m not feeling super fresh but at this point I never will lol
Sushi last night 265.6 so 0.4 drop – I had my usual plus a few pieces of special roll ( bluefin tuna & radish ) was incredible so refreshing!
Woke up hungry and pretty tight!
I do think my test dose probably needs to come down a touch based of how I’m feeling recently, I have been slowly bringing it up and I think max I can do is 500 without ai ( primo / mast modulate androgen to estrogen ratio ) but they do not directly act like an ai. I think a lot of guys and girls forget this.
I will see how I feel this week, if I feel lethargic like I have done this week Il pull it down a bit. We’ll see as I’m actually not holding much water at all. I have never had vascularity in my legs close to 270 and I have right now so I am pleased ( not content or happy lol )
I won’t let my self get much softer than I am now, my prep start point has to be tidy so I will still aim to go up 1 Lb / 1.5 max per week from here.
Could you please outline how you’ll go about lowering your test dose? I’m sure I wouldn’t be the only one that would appreciate an insight.
I’ve just run into the same issue where I’ve pushed test higher than ever along mast, thinking I’m not seeing any side (gyno, acne and bp all fine) but sleep trash.
Will you drop from current test dose straight down to 500 and make up for total mg with other compounds? Or slowly lower it over time

Pull today took some pics post workout and the look is decent considering how low food is and we have been digging!
We are in a great spot, deffo ready to push one more day on the diet tomorrow and il take pics fasted Thursday and asses from there likely end diet this weekend and push from here – I will reverse diet slowly – 0 diet fatigue I’m relatively fresh – I won’t eat off plan until I have my baseline ip a chunk so will be a good couple of weeks . Not what some do but it’s what I do and I make sure I step forward a fuck ton each time. So it works
Can you please post the pics so we can see what you mean by lean lean start point as opposed to lean?

265.8 so nice bw drop and I do feel leaner. 8 days back on cycle so I am expecting a nice shfit in visuals, I will run most of my diet on low dose before I ramp up a little. I don’t need much drugs right now as I have held all my size and Strength on trt, save the drugs for when I will grow!

You said in April 15 that you’ve dropped drugs to drop stress and your push up was done. Does this mean you spent around 5-6 weeks cruising?
Is that enough provided bloods come back good? -

With your new split of push, pull, off, arms, legs, off, repeat. Would you have a leg day be more quad bias and the other rotation more hamstring? As well with the push days, one rotation chest focus and one shoulder? I’ve done the single body part split for over a year now and looking towards the split you mentioned. I’m just wanting to make sure I’m still giving my all to my hamstrings, shoulder and chest as when i have done ppl in the past i felt these areas were slightly neglected.
The split was going to be push pull arms legs off

If my weight drops again by tomorrow I will probably run a high day tomorrow
And Wednesday then run with all changes set as below.
Adding extra 32 g carbs both days only – removing clen on its own will see a huge shift in calorie surplus here I will keep t3 at 25 mcg here for a week or so and then remove when / if We go up in calories again.

What is the benefit of adding t3 immediately in a mini cut if you’re already eating high amounts of food and your metabolism is high.
Is there a downside to removing it immediately once the mini cut is done and you enter a surplus again?
I remember Jordan posting a video on only needing it when needed deep into a prep as the rebound when removing the t3 can lead to quickly gaining unwanted fat until your natural thyroid production kicks back in?Just curious. Thanks for these detailed logs Kuba! Very helpful 🙂

Pretty poor night sleep last night mixture of anxiety / stress before todays tests at liverpool uni for the iped study and some fatigue
Nothing the examiner didn’t expect, I will have full break down of the echo in 2 weeks then I can get a referral to a sports cardiologist to basically stay on top of my heart Health which is what I want really.
Never been an anxious person and I’ve been in some horrible situations but recent deaths have put a lot of thoughts in my mind along with obvious risks and poor decisions in early days in BB not a great mix.
Just need to learn from my mistakes and be sensible across the board with my approach
Do you take an extra rest day if you have a bad nights sleep? Or stick to regular training schedule?

Good morning my people so physique update time
Weight has dropped down to 257 now and holding, not concerned and will push up as I need to the food increase last week hasn’t settled in yet.
Taken cycle progression this week too so yet to see a shift from both food and cycle, staying patient here and not rushing.
Hit some great reps with dumbbells on low incline, decided to go with low incline rather than flat, I am weaker at that angle and it hits my chest far more so makes more sense to roll with that.

Hey cal, very interested in your thoughts on masteron vs primo in an off-season stack. I understand primo will likely always be the preference here, but seeing as there is a current shortage and real stuff is hard to come by, is masteron a good alternative or would you rather bump up a nandrolone alongside test?
I’ve just read in Jordan’s log that he sees it purely as a cosmetic drug with a.I. Properties, but wouldn’t really count it towards his total mg.
Whereas coaches like John Jewett and joe Jeffery say that primo and mast are very comparable drugs and can both be a great choice in an off-season stack to meet protein accretion needs.
What are your thoughts on this?

I’m very interested and would love to be educated on the rationale of implementing clen from the get go in the mini cut here.
Wouldn’t increasing the deficit for this short 4-5 week stint bring about less fatigue and still promote better recovery than an additional drug like clen? As clen would increase your resting heart rate and likely have you recovering a bit worse? -
Hey everyone, 266.8 this morning.
I look terrible and the feel follows with it.
Flat, soft and feel like I have no drive at all.
Now this is a very deflating feeling I am being transparent here but fact is mamma didn’t raise no fucking pussy…. Plan is to basically get the job fucking done and do the necessary.
Diet this shit off, get back on cycle and execute just the way i have done since the show.
This is my log and I am sharing everything with you all in detail and I think it’s important for me to show you all the shit bits aswell as the good bits.
Only way is up from here and I know now issue is sorted I will make more progress than ever.
If I don’t I’m taking up golf…….
