Plan is to tidy it up re set then go again, no other option from here as I don’t like the look and where I am sitting at 270 it’s biggest I’ve been arguably but too soft to continue pushing from here and be productive

The primo I was doing 100% wasn’t primo it probably had little something in it but I bet it’s probably 1/4 of what it said if that. Anyways Il find out once I send off for testing.

To add to this – when using lantus – when would you dose GH? Morning dose fasted and then would the 2nd dose be? Seeing as you wouldnt want insulin present or does it not matter? Usually 2nd dose gh is around workout sometime – also how would you use fast acting insulin when using gh around workout if you want them seperate?

I dose gh am and pm, I personally wouldn’t dose it around insulin. Bio availability is better / best pm but an application does serve a purpose especially in contest prep for fat loss.
If using fast insulin don’t use gh around it.
When using lantus I personally always administer with first carb meal that’s my preference. [/quote]If bio availability is greatest in the PM, could it make more sense to perhaps dose it post workout around 6pm and then pre bed around midnight in the off-season?
Obviously meant for someone that doesn’t have an as early of a routine as yours ?

I noticed you were using proviron at 50mg during prep after a consult with joe Jeffery.
I’ve heard yourself and joe talk about it being quite a good option for a safer use model.
Is there a specific reason you wouldn’t be using it during your off season now? -

First escalation – 7 weeks post show 20th November is an addition of 45 mg primo daily so reminder of the set up remains as is.

Is it 62.5mg test e daily now instead of eod? Or is one a typo.
Went back to check the log and in your last post show update you said it was eod.
Which means you’ve now doubled your test dose, or is it still at eod and that was just a typo? -

Just listened to your podcast with joe Jeffery re. Safer use model.
I’ve been trying to dig into the research but can’t see whether nandrolone has the same effect and also acts on the glucocorticoid pathway and reduces muscle breakdown?
My question is, could npp be run interchangeably with tren in your stack design for pretty much the same effect?
And would npp at a low dose of 100-150mg yield a similar effect like tren at 50-100mg as suggested for this model?
Or is tren that much more tissue selective as a steroidal SARM? -

Probs jumping the gun here, but would love to hear you talk about your plans in terms of stack design for the coming off-season with Luke Miller. Just finished your podcast with him / John Jewett and was left very intrigued!Sounds like you’ll be using a lot less test, a lot more dht derivative (masteron) and a lot less (if any) 19-nor compound this time around?
I’m about a week away from finishing my cruise so thought I’d get some insights into your “new” train of thought re stack design.

The better option would be to keep test low n use more Anabolic’s imo.
I would go test n mast but I would be careful the mast doesn’t cause low Estro
What would be a good general ratio here in your opinion? Like 175 test, 210 mast and rest npp?

Yup I’d always only take it pre bed. Sorry I should’ve put this in the top of the post, but what if I train late in the day though? I feel strongest then and work all day. Should I be weary of taking it too close to training. Generally finish my session 3 hours pre bed time
