Thank you ..

How do you suck with an insulin needle? I tried, it doesn’t come out, the oil is too thick to penetrate the needle and even if I manage to do it when I put the insulin needle in my shoulder it bends.
What is the size of your insulin needles please?

A heavier set of usually 6-10, followed by a slightly lighter set maybe 10/20% lighter for another set. All sets to failure.
Anymore questions bro?
Thanks Joe for your answer. Yes one question, do your workouts change often, like the exercises or do you keep the same routine for several weeks or even months?

Hi Joe, could you describe your training to us please.
It’s very interesting to follow the preparation of a high-level competitor.

Great page, looking forward to reading more.
Any adjustments to PEDS and others?

Hello Michel
I actually did very very low volume in my growth (1 working set or 2 max) and previously been with higher volume for 7,5 years
I have made more progresses in density on my shape with one year than in 7,5 years
I was sceptical changing my technic before as I felt training “less” but the benefits are huge and recovery was incredible.
I ofc speak from my experienceHi Allison, did you train 3 or 4 times a week? Thanks

Volume is relative to frequency , you have only mentioned one aspect , the volume . So if then after 2 sleeps , you go again , as a beginner , that’s literally perfect , as one set is all the stimulus they need , and then the recovery window is very short so they can repeat that stimulus over and over .
Thanks Jordan, but he speaks well for advanced bodybuilders and the same muscle worked 3 times every 9 days, which is still very few series in total (Dante Trudel whom I respect enormously for his investment in fitness)

I think most athletes tend to opt for green veggies in a competition pre, but not all 🙂
That’s what I always heard Phoebe say about it.

Thank you all for your responses

Only 100mg deca per week? Does that make any sense ? THANKS
100mg is 100mg more then 0mg, so I don’t understand why it wouldn’t make sense?
Hello SAS I didn’t want to say that it didn’t make sense I wanted to ask what was the meaning of only taking 100 mg per week?
Such a low dose for a bobdybuilder of your level, I was wondering what the point is?

Thank you Pierre, I saw that some advised consuming a large majority of carbs after training. I wanted to put my chances by taking a shake with Dextrose plus a meal 1 hour later with carbs as I did not have a big appetite after training.
