    2nd question lol, you say drink a pre shake that you sip until the end of your training. Are you still taking a new shake at the end of your session?

    Jordan, I do not understand how to eat so much kcal and not gain fat. I see that pros bodybuilders can eat huge amounts and always stay clean. I eat half of you and I gain more fat than muscle.
    Do you have an opinion, advice on the subject.
