Yes Thomas Chilton, I have always been very hard training each series of each exercise at the break. I do TUT, drops, superset …..
Jordan and his friends are training with very few series, is this that would be appropriate for me. -
In 2013 I had J.P Fux coach in Miha Zupan in 2016. But since 2006 I have not made any progress. My volume is the same.
I always do biceps, triceps in sets between 9 and 12 and the rest of the body in 12-15 sets.
Before I trained 1 muscle a week, 5 days a week. In 2016 I trained my whole body twice a week.
Can you help me understand why I have not been progressing for more than 10 years.
PS: I am 43 years old -

Jordan I would like to ask you a question I don’t know if this is the place for…
in 2005 I was 51 cm arms in competition, today I have 50 cm arm. I always work the biceps and triceps in series of between 9 and 12 sets . I never work together. do you have an opinion on this from you I reached maximum genetic even with chemistry I can’t go higher or I I do too much series. would you have any advice for me to progress here on it. Thank, you are awesome with Sassan and James. You can explain to me how few series work on you to be huge! On instagram the pros make many more series than you. Only 4 sets for the biceps ????
