    If we look at Derek’s case at Olympia, crazy glutes but the front is too floaty, soft, it’s weird.

    The same as we do for bodybuilding

    Top end powerlifters will use some orals in place to drive some strength but oils are super simple

    The same as bb unless you are at elite level you don’t need anything more than some test mast or primo & decca

    There is no magic drug that drives strength.

    Hello Kuba, I thought there were specific drugs for strength? To my friend, some guys advised him sustanon, trenbolone and anavar for strength, I found that strange.

    Hyacine in his diary had said that one should never take hgh before training because of the rise in blood sugar. It’s strange because most of the pros here use it before!

    So that’s 400mg nandrolone / day , so 2.8g a week total drugs . I’m currently on 3.2g a week total drugs ….. just different drugs

    And I would of wanted something to kick In fast, we use short esters when we want something to happen fast

    We all use E so we don’t have to inject as much

    Thank you Jordan, 150 mg ampule, if you have to inject it often, 3 x 150 mg is a high dose, but if I only take 2 x per week it may not be optimal?

    What is your planned dosage to run?

    Ampoule 150mg/ml also between 300 or 450 ml for week

    Hi Jordan, I don’t understand how you get to 66g of protein? Creatine and glutamine provide protein?
