    I agree with Clare –

What do you do outside of work to recover? hot baths? massage?

Training legs won’t be counter productive many people work warehouse jobs and still go to the gym – I have a few clients who do we are just smarter with how many sessions per week – volume etc over time you learn what’s best

Not hot baths et massage lol.

I do get about 18000-25000 steps daily at the warehouse carrying objects all day. Its hard last weeks of prep when calories are low but in a surplus im always ok.

    My split is
    Push
    Pull
    Off
    Legs
    Arms
    Off
    Pull
    Push
    Off
    Legs
    Off

    Thanks for your response

Training Legs won’t be counterproductive, you just need to make sure you manage your recovery well and make sure you are on top of your nutrition to support the calorie expenditure. What split do you currently follow and do you have any days off across a week?

Hello Clare, I did PPL for 1 year but I feel like this routine doesn’t suit me.

    I do splits for 4 days: 1 Back, 2 Chest & Delts, 3 Legs, 4 Arms.

    Or split 5 days: 1 back, 2 chest, 3 legs, 4 delts, 5 arms.

Yes rest Saturday and Sunday Clare

In the diet planer there is light activity and moderate activity, my question is when you have a high activity by how much can you increase the macros in percentage? I work in a factory, I walk all day for 8 hours. Too bad the high activity function doesn’t exist.

Just start the plan as it’s set out with the moderate activity, follow it and see how your body responds. If you begin to drop weight, add more food. If you’re gaining too fast, drop some food. The planner is just there to help you set a starting point. After that, just adjust as needed.[/quote]

    Thank you Clare.

As Jordan says watch the videos. We all train based on our needs. My split is a push, pull, delts and arms, legs. So not traditional ppl as this is what I enjoy and what I feel brings me closer to my goals

As I wrote above unfortunately I would like to watch the videos but I don’t understand English.

The problem with the videos on this site or on Youtube are in your language, I don’t have the chance to understand English spoken, I’m French, otherwise it would have been a treat to watch the videos.

One last question regarding LANTUS insulin, can we take it in the morning when we wake up if we don’t eat carbohydrates at the first meal, but then eat them at every other meal?

    Thank you for your answers.
