It’s complicated to know what suits us and what doesn’t suit us.
I was European champion in 2005 and World champion in heavyweight in 2006 by preparing myself, and since then I have not progressed.
Subsequently for the past 6 years I have worked with 3 very well-known coaches including, and I have never managed to find the physique of 2005, 2006.
The 1st made me low volume, the second PPL and the last high volume.
Complicated !

The game is simple , work out what works for you . That’s the game . For us, we understand volume , frequency , intensity – that is the key . So we all adjust our volume up / down based on frequency . All you need to do is understand that and you can find the volume to fit your needs

One last Kuba question please; did you get this huge doing this style of training or did you gain all these muscles doing a split with a lot more volume?

Biceps will be hit indirectly through other pulling movements, so when it comes to isolating them, so long as your execution and intensity is spot on, you’ll likely only need to do a few sets.
Thanks Clare for your answer, but I feel like 90% of other bodybuilders
do a huge amount of training compared to the pros on this forum. -
Training accuracy and intensity, when you train hard and you can execute well you don’t need many sets for small body parts like biceps.
Thank you, I’m your log and precisely you do very few series on the arms, and yet they are huge.
The body pros who train in split do at least between 12 and 16 series for the biceps for example; suddenly we are lost, it is complicated to understand. -
