    Jordan do you belive in That high rep ranges can build the huge quads? Im not able to train my quads in 6-8, 5-9 rep range cuz od knee isue. Should i stick to 10-20 rep range and progres from there?

    Im not, back to last summer i went for 400mg ed and was very happy with results 😉 In That case less is better

    Hey, JP. When do you recommend to take rpg and AMPK activators at All while bulking . Is it Good oporom to take it portion(6cap) to the preworkout meal with 120g of carbs, after weight treinig im having meal with 180g of carbs immediately after workout with 1200 of Ala, 200mcg chromium, 500mg gymnema and 200mg of magnesiun, after 2 hours im having my 2nd pwo meal is it worth to take another rpg portion to That meal if he has only 80g of carbs?
