    Jamie which rep range’s do u keep right now? I wondering becouse, at 28 of May u set up:
    Incline smith
    6-8
    10-12 with rest pause and iso hold on stretch
    Flat DB
    6-8
    10-12 with iso

    Then at 16 of June u set up:
    Incline smith
    1 x 8-10
    1 x 12-15

    Flat DB press
    1 x 8-10
    1 x 12-15

    Do you switch it?

    Personalny I dont, im eating 680/580/300 carbs a day, sometimes i got a bit a Water retention if i consume to much simple sugars Thats All. One guy was qestioning you about metformin and i wanted to post my tougt about it, cuz i belive it’s better way to do That than using prescription drug if is not nessesary.

    My fasted BG is around 80/85. So even i had my BG to low 2h after a meal, i feel sleepy and have no energy at at All if i took to much GDA in the past

    But if someone was fat for 18years and he Lost most of fat, he’s scarry to regain the weight(most of it as a fat) cuz he’s not ustalilzing carbs as he should have.

    He could use GDA more often while bulking, for example using drug like metformin 500 couple times a day is pretty big dose, but taking 2caps of rpg or 1 cap of glycolog to the meals with 60/80g carbs should be better option than metformin, cuz most of ppl dont need presctrition drugs to control blood sugar, exept diebeticans and ppl on GH

    Stephen what is your opinion about using intra carbs while we are not taking slin, is it worth at all? Or it is better to consume more rice or extra fruit pre workout over drkining cals?

    Hey Corinne, have u ever tried set more protein at non training day for regeneration and shut down the hunger perspektive?

    For example at training day lets say we have 3g/kg of protein counted only from sources with complete amino, X amount of carbs and fats, and at non training day we will consume 4g/kg, 50% less carbs and a bit of more fats, Most of meals will be protein and fats.

    @David i had same issue with libido on eq, but when i changed mine AI(armidex) dosage fron 0.5 ed to 0.5 e3d the problem is gone 🙂 Try it out, might will help u

    Do you recommend using metformin w/o runing on GH for better nutrient partitioning? Or that hit the IGF lvl’s 2hard?
