That ig pic you posted a few days ago was awesome the detail in your legs is crazy and still a few weeks left to look freaky, do you ever implement apple cider vinegar into your diet? Hi Jordan was gutted I couldn’t get down to bodypower yesterday hopefully youu might do a seminar or ft camp in the east at some point, that’s awesome only 7-8 more lbs to go your easily smash that can’t wait to see the finished package definitely bringing that complete physique all the best Jordan!

Hi Jordan you looked huge at the pca from the pics I’ve seen, deffo have a complete physique now with your legs and calves matching your upper! Think it’s going to be your year ?? thanks Scott :), my questions were will you be running ft next off season and as a natty would you advise running ft or focus more on compounds and getting stronger on a ul or ppl split, thanks Jordan 🙂

Hi jordan, really like how in depth you post and no bs too many people lack that now a days, quick questions if you don’t mind, would you ever implement rest pause sets in an upper lower split? And does the coconut peptopro go with the mango hbcd from genetic aha can’t decide on the flavourings cheers Jordan 🙂

Must say you looked really healthy in the face on some of your recent ig pics, wish I could run the 4 day a week ft but due to work can only do the 3 day plan it’s still kicking my butt tho, few qs any reason for almond butter and not peanut?
