    Thank you all for answering. Im going to do light sets, improve my form and hip mobility. After the pain go away I will do heavy sets again. The pain started after i felt a crack, snap on the adductor machine some weeks ago, probably because i went a little bit further on the way down

    My primary goal is to get as much muscle as i can while gaining strength at those movements. In other words i wanna use the strength gains as a mean to growth

    Only comment would be whether you intend on having two rotations, or literally just these two sessions on repeat?

    I decided to run u/l for atleast a year, trying to progress my lifts and getting as big as possible. Im doing 2 rotations with the same volume that i explained above, should I do 3?
