Hey Kuba I got a question, so I was looking back at my two previous hack squat videos today, the one thing I noticed is I’m getting a bit more knee flexion on the left than on the right
But I feel more stable on the right as in I feel my whole foot is in contact, compared to the left where I felt a bit unstable slight heel elevating and butt coming off pad slightly
Is it better to use the slightly higher foot positioning on the right and get slightly less knee flexion compared to left?
The stance on the right is going to allow you to use more load but get less knee flexion
On the left, drop load tuck your rib cage in and keep pelvis stacked under diaphragm with a solid brace.
Full contact of the foot will stay when you sink reps the way you are there with appropriate load
If your goal is maximum quad recruitment left is a better option, right is just less ROM [/quote]
Awesome will take that and run with it! Appreciate it KubaTeam Miller Elite
