So generally a deload is to allow for your cns and you overall to recover from your last phase and prepare for your next phase. For me I’d keep intensity the same but the volume is reduced. So you still go in and kill it but you do 1-2 sets to fail instead of 3-4 sets to failure (for example) everything else stays the same until you transition.
I’m terrible for this and tend to do a ton of fluff instead of actually deloading.
If you think, rest and repair rest and repair, that is the protocol for a deload, not transition into a ton of light pump type work on deficit cals.
I’m telling this to myself also mind.Pain then glory

Hey guys
I think those of us who know how to use it safely do so regardless and that’s cool.
My comment above was to suggest we be careful when asking for links for dnp, as with all compounds, be careful what you are posting with regards to sources. A couple of labs have been hit and one of the reasons for that is the connection with dnp and benzo’s.
So it’s hot meaning I’d hate to see the wrong attention being brought to this site because of it.
Most know the seriousness of dnp and running it, this has been covered by the team in full. Let’s not get heated about if it’s right to use or not because this has already been covered.
The original op was asking for source.
Anyone with half a brain can source any substance known to man if he does his research online.
Can I suggest we keep source of elicit compounds off the site?
It’s a matter of respect for the owners and for each other.Pain then glory

the more and more i read about mini cut’s i just dont think they are a good option if your goal is to gain as much muscle as possible.
If you are a competitor and fine tuning your physique? then yes.
But if you blast for 10, then “mini cut” for 6…whatever new tissue you have is the most likely to be lost. You are taking 3 steps forward and 2 steps backward.
I would rather blast for 16….cruise for however long…then START your next blast with a 6 week mini cut.
Your body needs to hold onto that mass, get use to it, etc. It’s like Dante’s set point talks.
Just my 2 cents
This was my thinking but I guess everyone has a different scenario. I like the idea of being in a lean position for cruise it makes sense, just duration of cycle as you say is everso short (but at least for me it is)
Difficult to make comments super helpful without knowing the whole picture sometimes.Pain then glory

Don’t do any top up work just cardio on days off
Low calories won’t allow for recovery. Days off are days off.
Prepare your self for day ahead and day on ????
This looks good keep grinding

So I’ll aim for:-
Training days 3000
Non training days 2200
I tend to do a bit of cardio and top up work on ‘off days’ other than fk all but Sunday’s are proper off.Pain then glory

Mini cut before cruise?
What is your goal for this cycle?
I can’t figure out what you are aiming for.
So you need to tidy up, drop fat, water and recomp?
Lower carbs on non training days, and up overall output, fasted cardio, add cardio after weights, periods of fasting am. Just adding more gear isn’t the answer, yes gear changes can be made to influence composition but ultimately it’s food. You want to retain as much tissue as possible whilst cleaning up so keep food up and push output then slowly start to bring cals down.
Lower cals on non training days is a great start in my opinion. You don’t want to drop weight too fast, you can still be building muscle here.
It would be helpful if you shared what your goals are as I can’t understand why you would just do a minicut before cruising, most would keep blasting whilst going into a 12 week or so deficit before cruising.
This is my thinking mate.
Tbol and anavar are very useful tools for recomp, tbol in particular. But focus on food and energy expenditure.

Just felt like it would be a good idea to go into my cruise at a Lower bodyfat and hold maintenance cals for the cruise until I start prep[/quote]
That makes sensePain then glory

Not bad at all tidy up from here then push back up

Looks ok although I’d run less calories on rest day and more training day.
Pictures would really help here to advise more

Thanks for the info guys, I’ll try a non stim for my deload this week with added citrulline etc and see what the non stim hype is about. I train in the evening and find it hard to sleep sometimes after so a replacement for caffeine would be great
Big noise is great man and Matt Porter’s celluvol
