Your not gonna gain a lot of tissue from gh alone. Perhaps at v high dose over time but most use it for fullness, condition and repair.
2-4iu ed is ample for that.
If you already have carpal tunnel then this will get unbearable trust me. I was running 8iu ed at one point.Pain then glory

Previously I’d do top up work, cardio etc and likely to again deep into deficit but I am much more conscious of actually resting these days. If main sessions are as efficient as they should be then rest is paramount.

Sphinx do a DHB but contains EO.
You running any Sphinx at mo rotties? Some negative reports on some of their bits recently.

Everyone has their own protocol really man, I like to do my best to keep bloods as stable as possible so generally I split doses am/pm but tend to do my second dose 1hr pre training. I find the synergy Var brings to my stack an excellent stamina boost to my sessions as well as endurance. All this said it may well do exactly the same if I hit it all am but who knows. Try it out.

i like dhb a lot. i have nothing bad to say about dhb except for the pip.
we are all absorbing drugs at different rates so you might be lucky or you only might have been lucky this time. its really hard to tell. its the most unpredictable compound i have ever seen. i haven’t been able to find anybody who didnt run into pip issues. most of the people i have talked to quitted dhb because of the severe pain. ive figured out some tips and tricks to reduce pip but in the end, the pip really depends on how it is made. the carrier oil is a huge factor as well as finding the right combination and amount of solvents.

I’ve switched to 300mg primo and 600mg mast e for my next phase which I’m sure will be very similar result wise but without the thermogenic type effects of the dhb. I have eq in there too which at current dose is helping a great deal with size and fullness. Super excited with this next step….Pain then glory

i go from 3 to 5 ius per day and get really bad karpatunnelsyndrom in the middle of the night so i cant sleep anymore because my hands and my wrist hurt so much, its like a pressure on them

Pasteurised egg whites should be much easier on the GUT for several reason. I find I get no gastric upset with them at all which for me is a big thing lol.
As above mixed with protein powders etc they work very well.
I actually prefer to mix mine in a fruit smoothy.
spinach or cucumber, fresh pineapple, frozen berries, sauerkraut, sea salt, flavoured EAA.
makes for a super nutrient dense, fantastically absorbing shake that can be used at any time throughout the day but I particularly like it on waking or post workout.

Off course…I always opt for choices based on digestion & how easily they will sit in my gut. As opposed to emotionally attaching myself to foods. Give it a try, Asses and if it sits well then it’s game time : ) ..let us know how you get on ????

Tad gassy so far but I’ve just dropped Tren Hex which had been destroying my gut flora so I’m expecting improvements, am fasting is now in place and particular attention being made to food timings as per my usual transition into a deficit, here goes…..Pain then glory

As James mentioned I’d rather cook, it’s safer & less challenging to the gut. However it’s all dependent on how your gut handles lactose too..
I’m hoping it’ll be a banger going into next phase, just needed something different. Gonna cut out milk now and keep to soda bread or pitta’s instead of all the cheeky breads I’ve been eating in a surplus, with that in check I can smash eggs good from previous experience. Very satiating coming out of fasting and these bottled egg whites are gonna prove very useful. Thanks for your input brother.

If I’m totally honest with you
Dhb at 200 mg would probably make your arm or ass feel like it’s going to fall off. If it hasn’t at that dose in 1 ml it’s 110000% not dhb buddy!
