Have you thought about building your own?
Much cheaper and you can build and dose to your own requirements obviously.
    I like to use:-
    Beta alanine
    Akag
    Citriline malate
    Glycérol
Not sure where you are based but most of the bulk powder type companies do 250g bags of everything on regular offers.

Thanks for that my friend, I really appreciate it. Yeah it’s not at all bad really and definitely won’t be stopping me training, no chance, I love it all far too much. I’m 58 nearly 59 now too so pretty inevitable I’m going to pick up injuries on the way. As you say bud, just gotta keep pushing. Thanks again my friend.

Good for you man, keep on trucking

I tore a tendon off the bone in my left middle finger whilst on the leg extension, my tendon now resides in my wrist lol I seen a specialist etc but operating can potentially make it worse, this was about three years ago. I just got on with it, use straps and worked hard to keep good connection with my left hand/arm.
You just work through it mate and get shit done, you will pick up niggles and injuries along the road and must develop a mindset to keep pushing.
The only finger that is paramount to the full use of your hand is the index finger.

SG used to do it at 200mg/ml too I was hitting that hard. It is achievable. You may find she bites you in a few days, if she doesn’t then it Defo ain’t dhb.

You’ll always get a bit of a nip at the start man. Pharma won’t make a blind bit of difference dude. You’ll get used to a bit of discomfort here and there.

I personally wouldn’t count on it man.
You could perhaps start with it from the get go and gauge response but have aromasin to hand to put in if and when it goes tits. Also I’d keep caber on hand before starting anything.
I run caber with tren every time regardless, even at .5mg ew

Maybe use a wider stance and brace from your core. If your doing sissy type movements then you don’t want to go ass to grass but for full depth try a wider stance or at least experiment with it.

I think this is relevant with powders too to a certain extent.
Cannot stomach the isolates I’m using right now and just need a break from them. Using just about every protein source available other than powders at present. Not hitting target protein but actually feel like the break is very helpful after some weirdo virus I’ve had. Innturn my appetite is going crazy good, I’m eating much better.

Love this, you got some of the best sharing information.
I personally started on oxys without zero knowledge of what I was getting myself into to be honest. Loved it and always favored oxy over dbol.
However, you will most certainly make progress with oxymethalone, you will be full as a house and bloody strong but keepable gains are not likely in my experience.
Much of the strength gain is due to holding water in the muscle and unfortunately will be lost within a week of dropping it but I’m sure you would also gain some new tissue during the time you are on if you are training and feeding properly.
Keepable gains will not be the same as what one experiences while on it.
