I’ve torn both triceps squatting in PL and I feel you, still flares up on occasion. Compound movements really aggravate it so cycling exercises is how I manage it. Rather than not exercise them completely I switch to high volume isometric type work concentrating on quality contraction and movement. As I feel the niggles ease off I’ll bring in compounds again but for me it’s dips.
Skulls ruin my recovery big time, light dB work, cables, bands are my go to when I have a flare up. Close grip pressing and French pullovers are my go to compounds for tri’s otherwise.
I’d just try some different ides, pressing the pad down on an assisted pull-up station is great for variation.
Deep tissue with a hockey ball and work all of your forearm also is a big relief.Pain then glory

Lots of people make suggestions to dosing after what they read in forums, some of which are so called standard doses and much of that is total bs.
You have to make decisions based on what you are experiencing not on what others say you should do.
As said, if you are currently happy just leave it there. The biggest changes you can make on your progress will be mostly down to the efficiency of your training and how you feed around that.
Food food food is the biggest denominator and how you manipulate your physique around that is the way to make progress.
Sorry if I sound like a grandad I’m just very frustrated as many people I know are pumping endless amounts of gear in without realizing how much diet is the biggest game changer.Pain then glory

If it were me I’d keep test as it is if everything is perfect as you say.
However I’m not a fan of tinkering too much with test and only bring it up 100mg a week from trt dose and I leave it there until I wind it down.
Imo the less test and less AI the better. I’m sure everyone else will have a different opinion.
Personally if I want to tweak my stack I’d bring in a different med or switch the doses of my other compounds.Pain then glory

Just seen this.
Talking to someone you can trust and realizing you are not alone is a huge start.
Using cbd will not stop anxiety but it helps one to manage ones thought processes more realistically and in time this works to help you become more calm. It’s a mindset.
We all have sooo much pressure on us these days.
I’ve dropped all social media along with many things just to have as little distraction as possible.
If you have insecurities around your relationship then that my friend is the same for everyone.
You must be able to talk to your partner about anything with trust and respect both ways. If you cannot do that then maybe they are not the one for you. But ask her, tell her your negative thoughts and how they cripple you. Anyone with a heart will listen. You might be surprised.
Mental health is a thing indeed and the bb lifestyle is a very high pressured activity depending on how serious we are with it, this just doubles your stress if you allow it to.
Ask yourself is this particular thing in my life actually worth the time and commitment? If it is then you have to manage it like everything else.
What is most important to you?
Minimize what you take on

Just consider pct

Are you thinking of taking it on it’s own or with testosterone?
It will still suppress your natural test production to a certain extent and you should still run a pct protocol to help recovery.
Standard is 8 weeks but many run it longer depending on dose and experience.Pain then glory

Bloody awesome mindset that and something I personally have been working on after a breakdown last year.
Changing my outlook on life, minimizing many things even what supplements I choose to use has helped a great deal.
The less stuff jammed up in your head the better.

If you use cbd isolate it’s 99.9% pure cbd and zero thc so won’t test positive for anything.
Imo most tinctures you see available are not dosed particularly high.
I do 2000mg and 3000mg tinctures for myself and some friends
30ml at 2000mg is 66mg/ml
2-3ml is optimal for the likes of most gear users imo and for seasoned users if thc
Micro dosing cbd is pretty pointless
I generally use 1-3ml as and when I need it be it post training, pre bed or just throughout the day if stressors are high.
I don’t use it regardless though as it’s not sustainable financially.Pain then glory
