    Yes Defo bud, can still press with tendinitis pretty good, the first pair were way to tight so I bought the next up and they perfect.
    Double ply is good for 1rm pressing but for bb I like the cuffs????

    You could pump food up on training days as you feel too if you’re concerned with overspilling, pull it back a little if you feel it’s too much.
    I can’t see there is any hard and fast rule but experiment.
    You know when you’re not eating enough when you’re hanging out of your ass tired and not recovering.
    Sounds like you’re in a nice place to feed????

    Enanthate will take up to 3-4 weeks to bed in
    If it’s your first go with tren I’d leave enanthate and stick with ace as it’s a different beast to handle.
    With enanthate you know it’s there fast enough but builds up to full power over a few weeks, before you know it you are in deep.

    4? 5? 6?

    There are a few layouts on the site man, program one to suit your lifestyle. Only you can determine what is right for you.
    Try mon push, tue pull ,Thur legs, sat push, mon pull, wed legs etc etc.
    Like with injection frequency, you don’t have to stick to certain days just rotate.
    You can train eod or whatever, it isn’t set in stone. Just work fking hard and log your progress and keep looking to make progressions every session. It’s simple.
