Thanks for pointing me in this direction Hilly, very interesting and informative.
I’ll be following this.
Had concerns about ibs a year or two ago, my mother had it and I was getting issues but thankfully began to make a turn with fasting periods, improving food choices and eating windows etc so it’s fascinating to see how you manage this.
I feel I’m making some much better decisions and henceforth progress nowadays.
Keen to learn more, in particular how to push kcals tactfully.
Very interesting how you say fattier meats or fats in general have an impact on digestion.
I guess that’s partly down to the way the gut processes fats, being harder work I imagine?Pain then glory

Will do thanks bud

That’s interesting Hilly
What’s your next step then?
I’m at a very similar weight and macros but moving out of recomp into a steady surplus, only really beginning to push food. Cool to here your opinion on moving forward. My thinking was to push more carbs training days, likely intra and post training.
EQ will certainly help with appetite but only two weeks in with that.Pain then glory

Cool mate
Macros look good to me bud
Personally I’d stick with what you have as I can’t see primo doing anything for you in that stack.
Perhaps if you are in prep, dropping npp in place of primo could be an option but many others are more experienced than myself in that department.
Are you looking at a show or just for physique enhancement?Pain then glory

Ah man, I’ve had it close to that too bud.
Have you tried Acutane?
It’s a heavy duty drug mind.

Yeah
Personally I use orals am/pm regardless but my pm dose is always preworkout. And I take them everyday no matter what I’m doing. Stable bloods as much as possible. Randomly dropping hormones will have you up and down like a hoars drawers._________________________________________

Hey Tristan
As the guys say, you should be getting somewhere decent with those numbers.
Be clear on what you are trying to achieve with this stack/course.
What are your stats? And how are you eating number wise?
Lots of people on forums post random gear questions without mentioning the important stuff.
Nine times out of ten more drugs isn’t the answer but a little more background can help people make suggestions to which you have to determine yourself.
Hopefully this isn’t too patronizing mate, give us some information.Pain then glory
