Cucumber is ace, makes bland protein dense meals a bit more interesting and it’s cheap as chips

You’ve already got mast in there for it’s dht benefit and the fullness of npp.
Primo would be a bit overkill.
How’s the stack going for you?
Nandrolone and Masteron I imagine could work nicely together.

If I’m not hitting enough water bro yes.
4-5litres a day as standard if you’re juicing. Good for flushing your body and you’ll be less prone to holding too much water.
Awkward in winter as I don’t tend to feel as thirsty but personally I make a point of getting it in, almost forcing myself.

I’ve only ever done it over 24 hrs in the fridge, I wouldn’t risk it any longer myself.
Stephen’s idea of a Tupperware box is ideal, our fridges can be surprisingly stacked with bacteria believe it or not.
Chances are it will be ok but why take the risk.

    Hey bro
It’s all about bloods isn’t it, not to sound rude but we spend cash on gear but gear is the least important bit.
Throwing more test in can exasperate everything. E2 may be too high, gear could be bunk etc etc
It’s quite a heavy stack at three weeks in.
I’d pull everything back to trt/cruise does until you get bloods done and reassess.
I know that’s not what you want to hear.
Ed often is in your head also, I’ll get flamed for this but too much porn will fk your head up as well.
I hope you don’t mind me throwing my views in but I’ve suffered with it in the past also.
Get bloods done mate otherwise it can get very messy.

    Yes mate
Lots of factors around this for me.
    Sleep, recovery etc
If you are training progressively you need to eat progressively also, depending on goals of course.
At the same time, if you are pounding it and feel totally fked perhaps you do need to rest.
One has to consider accumulated stress, if the log book is being pushed we are forced to take a day or three off eventually.
    Deloading is a thing.

The rohm thermolipid drops are good value. Cannot remember dosing but it has yohim, clen, t3 and potent asf.
I think Elixir do it as well.

    Yep nasty bitches
    Challenging asf after heavy hitters
I guess it goes to show they are effective.
Usual issue is finding a space to do them without doing 180deg turns every 8 steps????
