Haha this is an old post. I was going through a lesson in gut health back then!
I eat a shit ton of veg nowadays and a little inulin in one of my shakes.
Big learning curve for me has been to understand what foods are inflammatory for me.
I don’t go near protein bars or pre mixed protein shakes anymore.
Bran flakes are great with a few sultanas, 100g bowl packs a good 15g or so of fiber.
Obviously veg but also some fruit like apples, at least good for digestion.
Fibre needs to match your protein intake in my mind so as to keep everything moving.
Aldis do lovely chia and oat crisp breads (if you’re uk based) that also pack a punch fiber wise. Feckin lovely with a tiny bit of pb????????????Pain then glory

Quality med placed in the right stack.
I like 40mg split dose.
Chris is spot on in his description.
I’m not sure I’d run it on it’s own though, and you’ll probably find 40-60mg ed sufficient.
Superdrol is an outrageous med and again has its place in the right stack at the right time but can only be run for 2-4 weeks as it’s methylated and harsh as fk.Pain then glory

That’s how my MyFitnessPal is set up but as I said making adjustments as I go,
Getting increasingly better appetite, carbs will rise training days and protein will rise non training days. Fats won’t go over 90g intentionally.Pain then glory

Sorry Primate
Regarding fats
I don’t generally add fats but adjust carbs mostly and up protein in a deficit.
The only fats I consciously put in are omegas and try to keep saturated fats as low as I can.
I’d say my food choices have changed to suit high carb low protein these last two years.
If fats creep up over target I’d pull cals from carbs.
Hope this makes sense, all of this is very individual though and I would not advise anyone to follow suit.
I spoke to James some time ago about his approach and he mentioned Matt Porter as an advocate of low fats high carb and protein. I watched how he made decisions around eating along with Jordan and the crew and got into my own groove thereafter.Pain then glory

Hi mate
To be honest it fluctuates with energy expenditure.
Fat and protein I tend to keep the same ish but carbs I tend to push more as my training plan demands it of me.
So many factors around this that I consider but literally this week carbs are going up 50-100g on training days post training as my log book is progressing nicely and I’m gradually getting stronger.
Maintenance carbs are generally 300g but as I get deeper into overload they might end up nearer 5-600g
I had a big clean up and layed off for two months so making small increments at the moment.
Once over 400g carbs I will likely use slin pre workout and introduce cyclic dextrin intra.
Very touchy feely at the moment bud.Pain then glory

If I may.
FT is more about developing a lifestyle that integrates your training and eating regimen into a self regulating culture.
There is no real pattern to which one has to adhere to as such but more a case of learning how you respond to progressive overload, deloading when you ‘feel’ you need to and eating to feed your training, this, for me at least is different everyday.
If you are genuinely pushing yourself you will learn how to eat accordingly.Obviously we have some basic outlines regarding macros but again this can be adjusted everyday.
There is not one rule fits all or a certain regimen to get the most out of the training style.
It’s more about getting in tune with your body and gauging response to everything you do.Pain then glory

Super interesting topic.
Hilly, I have got into a general trend of higher carbs on training days and lower on non training days but monitor carb intake in the mirror.
I’m in a steady surplus at the mo before I do a month of maintenance before a deficit.
How do you tend to eat macro wise?
I find I have a general pattern but each day is different and tend to jiggle macros around to suit energy output, sleep, recovery, libido etc, trying to be in tune with my body’s response.
I previously haven’t got on too well with just piling in a number of food regardless, and discovered that I was likely overeating and exasperating gyno and digestion.
It would be interesting to hear how you and others work.Pain then glory
