Hilly and Chris are much more clued up than I but I can share my experiences.
More often than not many of us eat foods that are terribly inflammatory for our gut and it is time well spent learning about these foods and how we respond to them.
Personally certain breads ruin my gut flora if I eat them abundantly and the same goes for pasta, milk and generally too much of any starchy carb.
But you might be completely different.
I just gauge how much I eat of certain foods and avoid some foods altogether because of the effect they have on my gut.
A good way to offset poor digestion is fasting.
If I’m super bloated when I wake up, or I have overspill for any reason, I know I’ll be in a mess if I continue to pile food in.
Fasting when you wake until late morning or midday is a big game changer for me.
Lots of water, some coffee and slowly sip on a shake as the morning unfolds.
This helps tremendously.
Another thing to consider is orals
Most orals bugger up your digestion like nothing else so consider what you are using, dose, duration of cycle and timing of dose.
All I can share is my experience with these things and by no means am I a dietitian or doctor but I have devoted much time to this sport and every aspect of how I can improve.
Food, for me is the biggest game changer.
I use a little inulin at times to numb up fibre intake but natural sources of fibre are the big one when you eat high protein levels. Aprox 40g a day is a target for most I believe.Pain then glory

25mg eod might find you up and down a little but I think that’s a sensible starting point. 25mg ed would be my preference after a week or two, gauging response.
Fighting the carb lust and keeping yourself from blowing up with water will be the challenge.

Quick shape shifter but as you say it’s a heavy hitter on the sides.
Superdrol is very similar but without the aromatising, I’d only ever use Superdrol over ment now as I am very prone to estro sides however everyone is very different of course.
I’m not sure the sides and potential long term issues are worth it but that’s me, you might find it awesome and useful but tread carefully, it really fucked me over.Pain then glory

Yeah true, I just jumped on eq. Two shots this week, third tomorrow.
Felt dogg rough for the first three days, sick and crappy appetite but i feel awesome now and starting to get a bit rampant in the kitchen department ????How much test with eq? As little as you feel works for you and that’s the same for any stack in my opinion.
Karl it is effective at 300mg + in my experience but it’s more about what you’re goals are, how you are eating and training, age, drug history, mass etc etc
The best way to find your feet is use as little as possible and gauge response, adjust accordingly.
If you run it long enough it will establish itself without complicating it.

If you put gh in you will know if it’s any good after a couple of weeks initially.
If I have bought fake ansomone in the past at least it has been a quality fake.

Alright bud!
Dunning do decent dhb 125mg/ml if you were looking for a replacement to TM/SG100mg/ml mixed with primo is Defo less noticeable in the pip department, you know it’s there still but manageable.
Dosing is the issue if you want to run it high imo but if you’re looking at a low dose I think it’s much better and still very effective in my experience. 400mg ew is ample in the right stack I recon.
I was a greedy bastard at the start and ran 100mg eod of the Southern Ghost 200mg/ml, I got to the point where I couldn’t sit down to put my socks on ???? or squat to depth, sit on the bog etc etc lol silly boy I was. No need for high dose for someone my size. 4-600mg ew is probably sufficient for the heavyweights I recon. Last run I was getting good results at 100mg e3d.
