I didn’t try the base version but submerse vial in boiled water up to the neck works just fine.

I’ve always gone for 100g myself with no apparent issues.
I tend to sip it pre/intra and post depending on slin or current food intake.Pain then glory

Man, been here so many times, everyone will say get bloods done and that’s the only real way to tell.
However it’s very likely high e2, tren will always flood the receptors leaving excess test to Aromatise.
I’m not clued up enough to recite all the science but generally most run test lower than tren to help combat this.
I’d pull tren from the mix personally, nothing worse than ed issues to destroy your self confidence.
Lots of ways around this for future reference, the use of caber, low to mod test, duration of tren etc etc it’s so very complicated and unfair of anyone to sensibly answer this question outright.
Pull the tren, don’t throw more meds at it, get educated on these meds before putting them in. Proviron can help but again, pull it and work out your next run.
It happens to most people mate, after about 8-10 weeks of tren she usually lets you know it’s time to call it a day.Don’t panic.

Well the general idea for people blast cruising is to keep test at a level for male function and stack more ‘active ‘ compounds on top.
There is no strict outline for which meds to stack together but more a case of finding what works for you to achieve current goals. The same goes for dosing and frequency of dosing, it’s very very individual.
Many people throw numbers around and say “oh this med has to be done like this” etc etc but one has to take responsibility for their own actions.
The potential fallout and negative sides to this lifestyle can be catastrophic.
I’m 41 now so sounding like a bit of a grandad but I hate to see people carelessly pumping gear with no regard for their life.

Less is more and longevity in this game is key in my opinion.
Good move on the cyclic dextrin it’s so easy to use and I assure you those extra cals at the right timing will be put to good use.

Looks like you still have room for plenty of food to me. Nice frame bro, if appetite isn’t great then eq will get you eating like a horse but not everyone gets on with it.
As Hilly says I wouldn’t mix eq with npp so decide one or the other.
Maybe try:-
Test e 125mg e3d
Eq 300mg e3d
Primo 100mg e3d
Your cals look good for maintaining current shape but that’s a surplus for me at 100kg and 5ft 8.
Try upping protein to nearer 300g and add intra training carbs, 100g of cyclic dextrin. Subtle adaption but would likely make a huge difference.
At least that’s what I would consider.

That’s the trouble with pre workout meds, non workout days you would go am/pm
I agree with the lads that pre workout is bloody awesome and you really do get a lot out of it but I would consider keeping bloods as stable as possible in dosing at regular intervals.
To do this do am/pm but time your dosing to suit a pre workout slot ie 1hr before training.
I personally think keeping everything sweet is best and I’ve stopped all the random popping of hormones but each to their own bud.
Health or performance can sometimes be apposing forces, personally I’d opt for stable bloods.Pain then glory
