Low carb and the carbs you want are slow release like yams and oats. Fast carbs have you burning like hell.
Besides you want to deplete your glycogen for the compound to start digging into fat stores, if you carb up you just replenish what you’ve burnt.

20mg is ample for me, zero carbs and some depletion type training today was pretty good, I did have 40mg of dmaa as well mind ????

How about cbd Dean? Getting more and more popular. I’ve got some cbd caps coming for anxiety during the day. Bit of thc at night ???? I’d sleep on a gram of tren after .5ml of rso oil proper knock you out shit. Seriously.

I’ve run about 30ml of 200mg

Interesting med but not outstanding as a stand-alone. Just ordered another 40ml for next run, would usually go test eq base then stack but feeling spicy so I’ll go low test mod dhb and alternate ment/tren/Var/superdrol/winny.Difficult to pin point its function but I felt it ramp up my body temp particularly when eating carbs similar to tren or dnp.
Vascularity, fullness apparently due to the efficiency of glycogen uptake, decent strength and an overall dry full look.
A little disturbed sleep 3-4 weeks in.
Check out Matt Porters experience on YouTube, he bailed after four weeks as he felt it wasn’t bringing anything but I’d say treat it like bold.
Slow builder of quality mass, used as a base.I don’t think it’s a med that brings a lot of punch but my thoughts are to run fairly high and bring a third or fourth med on top if you’re looking for punch and that buzzy ‘on’ feeling.
That’s not to underestimate it, I think it’s something to experiment with especially if like me you get on with eq/bold and enjoy long runs.
I’d say 8-12 week cycles ain’t going to be worth it.

Try reducing the dose gradually, I’m currently using 30mg ed and I can see its effects without any notable sides.
I hear you aren’t too far out but I would at least drop to 40mg one week and perhaps another 5mg drop a week later?
Just a thought but what oral if any do you propose to bring in for the final run? As this decision could offset any drop from tren and even bring a new level to your mood and strength etc.
Anavar/winny combo?? Superdrol/winny even winny and 20mg of dbol…..Pain then glory
