Cardarine is brilliant end of, is it efficient as a fat burner? Fuck knows but using it on a tren cycle to assist in cardio and actually being able to breathe to full capacity it is fantastic.
Sr9009 I’m not so sure, I’ve been running it and tbh using it in a aas stack is probably a waste of time and money however it may be useful for people who don’t use aas? Who knows.

Making progressions with dosing is something we do when blast cruising to push through plateaus and keep progressing but this is determined more so by your progression in your log book, do you log your training and do you work to a structured program?
It concerns me that you are running trenbolone and asking everyone how to go about it, this my friend should be done before you start banging gear in.
You want to run trenbolone for several months? You are at week four of the enanthate Ester and considering upping your dose?
You will learn the hard way like this my man and it ain’t pretty. Especially with enanthate.
Consider how long you plan to shut down your natural test production and consider how you plan to get it working again after your done.
8 -12 weeks max at your current dosing will be sufficient enough assuming you are training and eating properly but something tells me that is not likely.
Seriously bro I don’t mean to sound like a cunt but please do your homework. You are playing with your body chemistry in a way that it will never be the same again most likely.
Low test and moderate tren is preferable imo but most importantly structured lifting progression and eating accordingly is what transforms the physique. Diet rest training.

Week four on tren e and it’s barely kicked in. Sure you will be experiencing it but not to its full potential, just wait it out, especially for your first run on it.

Looks like you have it down nicely stack wise, imo all of the above looks great other than injection protocol as Hilly says e3d or less preferably as you will be up and down otherwise.
Stick to the trt dose by all means but split it into e3d along with the other compound you decide to use.
Mon 50mg test e/200mg primo
Thursday 50mg test e/200mg primo
Sunday 50mg test e/200mg primo
Wednesday 50mg test e/200mg primo

In addition to this guys I’ve been using dandelion root daily as a bit of an experiment really so I’m all ears on this one. You guys use fennel tea and or other teas to keep fairly dry day to day? I understand it’s more about water intake but keen to hear. Also speaking to a veteran I know yesterday he said he uses aqua blue on occasion.

dandelion route I find almost as strong as celery seed so its one or the other.
No tea is going to keep you dry from any AAS IMO and as Riz states taking things to do so can have a real negative effect if not careful. fact is our body is mainly water and its a good thing to hold a little water in general.
Ones sodium and fluid Intake should always be high and as long as blood pressure and all else is healthy then taking anything to reduce water is just silly. If you look bloated its from eating the wrong foods and its that simple IMO.

I tend to keep things as tight as possible but I agree, medaling too much is overkill in a day to day situation, this is an obsessive hobby and I often dabble too much!!Thanks man, good to get direct and not beat around the bush.
