    Lots of information around this but if your sticking with that dose for regular fat loss first thing in the morning before food.
    If you wake up regularly at 5-6am for the toilet this would be ideal timing. I often have mine pre loaded, as long as it’s kept cool.

    It doesn’t have to be any more complicated than that.

    Dbol/oxy combo if strength training is just sublime, keep all your preworkout drinks!
    Not to mention it’s rather toxic
    Injectable dbol is something else very decent med and a different beast to oral, feels somewhat clean.
    25mgdbol/25mgoxy injectable is hands down superior over anything I’ve ever tried.

    Tren seems to recomp very efficiently with its nutrient partitioning capability. If your trying to gain your going to have to eat more 🙂

    I’m with Ric I love eq.
    Eq would potentially add some Benefits but it depends on length of cycle.
    If it’s strength your looking for test will suffice with a focus on food intake and pre/intra/ post carbs
    However if you insist on another compound to boost strength then what about anavar?

    I spoke to the lab guy and he said to put them in the oven at 100 degrees for ten mins, shake them vigorously and put them in for another 10 mins.
    I’m going to give it a go, apparently these two compounds are notorious for crashing. I have some npp from another lab that’s the same, must be to do with whatever they use to suspend it in I guess. Just feels iffy as other labs no issue, these particular labs I think are a much smaller than the lines of D4net and Dimensions though, perhaps things are done differently.
    I’ll give it a go but if it goes funky again I’ll bin them

    I like to hear people’s ideas and advice but still make decisions for myself and experiment.
    I think there are default go to plans but no harm in trying new things. Jordan used to run eq but said it gave him anxiety issues so the downsides outweigh the positives which is completely understandable. We are all very different and there are many ways to skin a cat etc. Whatever meds you run the only real difference in how you grow alongside progressive overload is food intake. I’ll be honest and say I’ve experimented and used far too many meds and the biggest steps I made were following Jordans approach to nutrition, in particular pre/intra and post carb intake, being consistent in high protein intake and learning how to best utilise insulin. That’s it.
    I’m a bit of a supplement junky I’m afraid so I have a fair bit to say on the matter but in a nutshell it’s more about nutrition than drugs.

    Hey man
    Yeah pretty heavy stack to be fair and rather experimental with the npp. Ment feels comparable to tren in regards to aesthetics but with very positive mood, strength, stamina, sleep and appetite so my intention is to not use tren.
    I ran ment for 3G at 50 ed for ten days then upped to 100mg for 20 days
    It was awkward to start with as I had switched from long term adex to aromasin @25mg ed and for whatever reason it just did not keep things under control, I pulled that and been running letrozole to combat gyno, which I had existing lump. I mean lots of variables in there because food intake was very high for me at around 5000-6000 cals on training days and very high carbs at 6-700g
    While adex was in everything had been running smoothly but adex always flares up acne for me so I wanted to try aromasin. Acne dropped almost overnight but gyno began to flare.
    Started bulk/blast end of December after cleanup and maintenance cals, was sitting at 98kg, climbed up to 105kg during ment run then very annoyingly got a virus and lost 5kg what a palava! I had been just over maintenance the whole time and I just looked dry and full, sexdrive was ace, strength stamina performance mood was just awesome, I would have run another 2-3G had the gyno not flared up.
    I feel a lot of the composition with ment is glycogen uptake, once dropped about 1.5kg just went down the toilet.
    Although it’s a fun med so to speak I do not feel it’s a great quality mass builder.
    So now two weeks since dropping ment gyno is under control on 1.25 letrozole eod and bringing cals down slowly.
    I brought eq in as it’s a base steroid for me, I like it, feel good on it, eat, and it gives nice vascularity to compliment my shape. I will bridge out of this blast with it.
    Npp is new to me and my hopes are for it to aid with thickness and punch whilst still pushing my logbook.
    The mast I like to aid estrogen control and libido.
    Primo is again experimental, I’ve had the funds and just very interested in Jordan’s approach to meds and I’d like to consider it for cruising.
    I’m not coming off any time soon so slow building of quality mass whilst trying to maintain health is my aim. Coming down .5kg a week and will see how I look at 94kg. From what I feel I’ve gained a solid 2kg since last cut but also bf is much lower, metabolism wise I’m maintaining at about 4200 at 98kg 5’9 in height and 40 years old, zero cardio at present and approximately 13% bf
    Two and a half years ago I was 30% bf at 107kg in powerlifting and felt like shit looked like shit, my main issue is gyno and it’s holding me back from competing

    Could maybe try ment in place of tren
    75mg ed would be comparable to 350 tren with a decent dose of masteron
    Keeping estrogen tight
    I personally don’t run high test, I like the scope of being able to stack three or four compounds at a moderate dose and alternate meds and doses as you go. But I also like to do long runs blast cruise.

    Current last 8 weeks of blast:-
    350mg sust
    1g mast e
    500mg eq
    700mg npp
    1g primo
    4iu gh

    Overall dose split into daily jabs.

    Another angle (do not mean to confuse) is to split your overall weekly dosage into daily jabs.
    Probably not worth it if you’re just running test but it’s a very useful tool when stacking several compounds.
    Personally if I’m just running test and do 2 jabs a week say, my mood is very up and down, peaks and troughs all week and a bit of an emotional rollercoaster however that’s just me, I do daily jabs whatever.
    Usual protocol for this type of run would be mon/thur or tue/fri whatever. Again I’m a fussy twat and would do every third day whatever it lands on.

    Any educational videos regarding PED’s would be very well excepted in my opinion for myself and a whole generation of enthusiasts.
    We must educate.
    I got added to a forum recently and it’s frightening hearing people going on about “got 300mg dnp on hand lol bring the sweat” or something along those lines coming from a youngster obviously without a hint of knowledge. I had to go all grandad and bring some awareness into it.

    I’m all for this kind of video. I think the UK is currently putting out a very good standard of meds and it’s very interesting to get some insight.

    I’d like to see this coming out of the backstreet cloak and dagger type scene and into a place where people can make a much more informed decision on weather they should or shouldn’t supplement and if so do it with a structured plan pushing for regular bloods etc.
    Sorry, bit of a tangent.
    Got to respect Jordan and one or two others out there who are trying to educate.
