Recently switched to 25mg Aromasin e3d
Was running anastrazole 1mg ed or e2dBiggest difference for me is almost zero acne now and consistent sex drive ie negative hit on lipids
I had been running the anastrazole so much as I have some gyno and was paranoid but these days I keep my test low to moderate and always use a dht compound alongside provironBeen running high primo for about a month now as well so I believe that is making a huge difference all around.

Personally just switched to high primo/mod test/mod tren with injectable dbol pre workout only.
Will add in superdrol and drop dbol in new year after a good break from orals but after a short superdrol run I’ll be going anavar all the way.I do love dbol/oxy but as above they never bring quality, great for the strength boost but as far as aesthetics go if you want to look like a water bloated doorman then great.
People seem to underestimate Anavar but stacked well it’s awesome.Pain then glory

Jordan did a video on gh. I don’t think there is a hard and fast protocol.
I’ve been buzzing around this for a while also.
5iu ed at mo, went up to 8iu ed but sides are too much at present.
Always half dose am.
Experimented with second dose post workout/early afternoon/dinner time and pre bed.
Preferring late night as midday dose makes me sleepy.
My advice would be don’t worry too much as if it’s decent gh it’ll do it’s job regardless it’s just that fussy timing could mean its effects could be more optimised but it’s fucking fussy mate, especially if you have igf/slin and a load of other shit going in.Pain then glory

Enjoying drol in my current stack, drys out somewhat whilst packing on size, strength increases are top drawer just on test/eq, at moderate doses

Three of mine are doing ballet including my 10 year old boy, he is keen and super lean.
I’ve got a load of powerlifting kit set up at home but I’ve just started with body weight movements like chins (the best ever) inc push-ups and stuff like that.
I think we need to be sensible as musculature really takes a turn after/during puberty, however everyone is different hey.
I can’t see any problem looking at developing some solid patterns for lifting pre puberty but personally I’d rather him not do any weights yet.
Just like the idea of a focus on functional movement patterns/ mind muscle connection.
For my money that alone will help develop some quality in tendons and rom, build from there 🙂 no cheeky 1rm attempts lolPain then glory

Yeah probably not, if anything I find that I fatigue quicker in a deficit but you can account for this to a certain degree by keeping warmup work minimal, as Jord says get warm but don’t waste energy.
Think like warming up for a pl comp, just doubles and triples building up to work set.
Decent intra carbs n stims get me through as well and as I said killing my logbook just feeling like I’m going to die after ha!Pain then glory

Interesting keep it coming….
My thinking is to keep pushing the log book regardless of food intake, currently making pb’s in a deficit but utilising carb intake pre/intra and post training in the am for the energy and repair, right or wrong it’s working at present!Keen to read more on the cyclical approach 🙂
