Very interesting as I’ve been curious about this
Where did you get the initial layout/ idea from?
I know Mike Israel (spelling) RP diet uses meso cycles
I like the idea of short intense cut to bulk…..
Keep us posted bud if you would.Pain then glory

Hey Dean
I’m trying out Acidophilus caps in the hope to get my gut in check
I also have the charcoal caps, is it likely that the charcoal caps would interfere with the acidophilus if taken in close proximity to one another?Pain then glory

No worries mate, I was more concerned at the thought of someone going head first into a cycle unawares of the potential hazards, no dis.
What dose are you running?
Split dose or all in one go?Pain then glory

If you are supplementing with dbol I assume you are going into a bulk phase and this is your kicker?
If so the intention is to put on mass in conjunction with the correct training therefore meaning you must eat regardless of how you ‘feel’.
Perhaps dbol is not for you or perhaps you do not understand what you are getting into, everyone reacts differently to everything. Sorry I don’t have a positive answer to your question but I get the impression you are trying this out for the first time?
Personally I can eat like a horse on any meds, my issue is trying not to eat!
Perhaps persist for a while and if you continue to have adverse sides then stop the course.
Lots of things to consider like taking your meds with food/water intake etc etc
Others might have some more constructive input.Pain then glory

Lol Rotties
All I know is that I sleep like shit even after 1 glass of wine and I’m pushing my system a great deal without having to process alcohol on top of it.
It’s all down to personal preference mate. I’ll have half a glass and sip it so that everyone else feels at ease or a gin and tonic on rare occasion but as a general rule I keep clear (and I love a pissup)
Besides 5-6 sessions a week starting at 6am, I’m keeping my arse in shape to beat the log book, that little bitch is never gonna beat me 🙂Pain then glory

lol Decca
So tempting to pump something in but if it’s really bad then nsaids and heavy water retention will just mask an underlying issue.
It’s a pain brother but switch up your exercises.
I’ve had to cut out heavy bb squats and bench because of a nerve issue, kills me but we have so many ways of hitting body parts as bodybuilders.
Powerlifting has battered me but working around issues has got me to a place where i could consider a 1rm in sbd.
Good luck man.Pain then glory

French pullovers are great, heavy db’s don’t go crazy deep, slow and controlled 2 sets to fail does me nicely.
I get jip in the long head and both rotators but when controlled this bangs my tri’s lovely.
If tendinitis is flared up cut out all the fluff just rely on pressing for a bit till it eases up.
Works for me any way.Pain then glory

I’ve suffered terribly with this in the past but since training calves dc style it happens very rarely, my hamstring rom is amazingly better also due to this.

Thank you for your response.
Munching my way through raw carrots today:)
Aiming for 40g generally and without my usuals I struggle to hit 25/30
I guess I need to plan ahead better with veg.
A friend mentioned linseed but I’ve not explored it yet

Sorry for the wrong spelling.
Trying to move her in that direction tbh
Finding it tricky to get her out of the ‘don’t want to get too big ‘ mindset, she’ll get there.
I understand it’s the same methodology.
Can’t thank you guys enough for all the advice and information you put out, paramount to my progress for sure.
Built enough confidence to compete next season for sure, done with powerlifting now 🙂Pain then glory

I would say whatever works for you, no hard and fast rule. I prefer a small amount of carb pre, then I have protein/carb intra then a big carb/protein meal pwo.
Try to keep the fats out of the equation until later in the day. There are better cereals that are high gi and lower fat like cheerios, I like to bang the JP standard of rice crispie marshmallow bars???? the issue there is sticking to one????
New fave pwo is oats and protein to make a chocolate porridge no milk.
And of course obligatory bagels and jam????Pain then glory
