That’s feckin awesome, love Scott.In addition to this guys I’ve been using dandelion root daily as a bit of an experiment really so I’m all ears on this one. You guys use fennel tea and or other teas to keep fairly dry day to day? I understand it’s more about water intake but keen to hear. Also speaking to a veteran I know yesterday he said he uses aqua blue on occasion.

For some people it destroys gut flora so bad it can hinder appetite and progress.
Lean bulk I’d suggest high cal days on training days and maintenance on rest days as I mentioned before.
You will have to make digestion a priority and if you aren’t using already then I suggest a good quality probiotic am and pm.
Some people assume that tren is such a good compound for nutrient partitioning that they slam untold shitty food in there, don’t do this! To truly benefit from the tren take extra care to eat foods that you can process easily, you need to help your gut!
You will likely crave carbs, tren will draw glycogen into the muscle like nothing else but I’d recommend bro foods like oats to keep your bloods from spiking as much as possible.
Oats/almond butter and fluid made up from a quality protein shake in the microwave is Devine! And satiates.
A good balance of low/mid and high gi foods at the right times.
As with all meds and everything bodybuilding it’s about food and how we feed and when we feed.

Imo increase food intake 300kcals up from maintenance, if you want to keep it tight then do this around the training window on training days.
Personally I’d up your overall macros rather than just carbs, it’s all relative, and use % but this totally depends on you and you understanding how your body responds.
Ultimately it’s trial and error, get to know your own body as there isn’t any cookie cutter pattern.
I wouldn’t suggest just upping food regardless, your progression with training and the demands you put on your body will determine what you need and how much.
I like to gauge in the mirror as much as possible and stay off the scales, some days you will need more and some days you will need to pull it back to avoid overspilling.

I always see eq as a hardening drug.
I can’t see its benefits being in there with deca personally. Perhaps at 300mg ew then taper it up as you taper down deca towards the end.
It’s never a great stand alone med imo but perhaps a good addition in a smaller dose to assist in solidifying the new tissue built in off-season.
But this is me and I know many will disagree.
Perhaps keep test n decca where it is with 300mg eq but I personally think at 800mg your gonna run into some issues particularly rbc and blood pressure.If you ask people if they experience minimal gain probably most will reply yes, because it will bring minimal gain.
Boldenone is a great tool but it’s action often misunderstood.Pain then glory

First bit went in today, only half ml and is going in with regular boldenone. Lovely preparation and smooth as.

This is out of my league to answer the actual question however one thing I’ll say is that I personally have found cycling way better and healthier when my test dose is manageable without the use of aromatize inhibitors.
Just something to consider man.
s I understand it heavy and prolonged Ai use can be detrimental to ones health markers and long term health in general.
This is coming from a blast cruiser so I’m no angel. Just finding everything much healthier without using any at all.Pain then glory

Dbol without aromatize issues would be like a dream for me.
I’ll use .5ml along with my current oils, can’t see it being any worse than dhb.

Personally I keep warm up minimal, I go through the weight quickly to gauge how I’m responding.
Warm the muscle but don’t overwork it, save your beans for the worksets.
Perhaps just 2-3 reps with each weight.
After a good while you know where you should be and this becomes more apparent.Pain then glory
