I’ve been using insulin pins for a while now. Take a long time to draw up but leaves no pain or scar tissue. my glutes are too fat at mo so do the side of my quads. I know others do everywhere, traps, lats, arms, shoulders etc

Same bud, worth the time to load them, I even find them ok in the lats as it’s very easy to see the muscle, dig it right in and off you go. Pecs are fine but I have to remember to not do them on push day, I’m running mostly long esters so my blend is fairly thick so does smart in the pec somewhat but easy to hit.

    Great advice from Wotti
I love masteron myself and tend to run on the dryer side of things so low test high primo low to mod mast and Proviron.
I feel good and whatever the body weight tend to look half decent regardless, cycling carb intake is key for me in this regard.
Masteron isn’t a big game changer and some might not feel they get much from it but if you like to keep things fairly tight throughout your cycles then masteron certainly helps me to do so.

Bpc147 alongside tb500 is very effective indeed, running tb myself at the moment but the synergy of the two is superb.

I ran dog crap for a couple months and like you every 8-10 weeks i was battered and had to deload. What I found worked best for me was taking a week off completely and concentrated on recovery that whole week and actually came back stronger on most lifts with no pain. During my week off I would use bpc and tb500, get a massage, visit the chiropractor and sit in hot epson salt baths. When my body felt rested I would start back. I ran the AB split where you train full body in two days I ran 2 days on 1 day off and repeat.

    Bangin response.

Yeah she’ll beat you alright but the proof is in the pudding, your physique will reflect the work you put in. Stick to the layout with no extra work or sessions or it will undermine the work you do as you won’t recover.
    Love DC

You could consider Fortitude Training after a couple of months of DC rotations, you have the loading days and pump work thereafter.
    Don’t forget to deload!

    Orange or purple 1”
I haven’t got anything to hand to check the gauges but I can use these all over including glutes with no issues.
    Slin pins also in pecs
Slow to draw through but minimal damage. Just got to make sure when you penetrate you continued push the barrel deep so it’s kind of indented into the skin, just to make sure no oil is too shallow.

    Hey man
Thought I’d post an update, I know this app is rammed with questions so I appreciate it’s not easy to cover everything.
5 weeks on from last pic, think I’ve dropped 3-5kg not weighing too often. Nowt drastic but getting into a better spot. Had a holiday in that five weeks and just had a bit of a deload this week.
Be cool if you’d gimme some input here.
Plan is to continue deficit for another five weeks and see where I’m at. May do south coast classic come September but just wanna see where I can take my shape. Shit pose I know but more about overall composition.
    Following JP diet plan layout
    Training days 2500/ rest 2200
    Thanks man
Looking back it’s a awkward pic lol
Dean Harvey, thanks mate, c7 injury meantime stopped barbell squats and dead’s the last year. Powerlifting had me a decent size pair of wheels, the tissue is there and quad strength is creeping up in a deficit so exited to see what I can do.
Perhaps push deficit further before a wee surplus 4-8 weeks. Slin gong in soon enough draw in those carbs, had cartoon legs before now running nova rapid pre.
    Thanks lads

    Yeah as above
Brilliant med but use with caution
They are 200mg tabs but 100mg is sufficient
I personally do not hardly think about food when I use it, very helpful on low cal non training days.

    Dunning all day long 200mg/ml

Is this pipy at 200mg mate?[/quote]
It’s great bud, I’m currently splitting a total volume of 3ml e3d and 1.5ml of that is the 200mg primo
I split it into 2×1.5ml jabs as I’m not keen on anything over 2ml in one spot. It’s going in lovely and not much pip at all, id say on a scale of 1-10 10 being bad, it’s about 3 at its worst.
It suits me as I’ve upped dose to 300mg e3d and didn’t fancy all that volume.

You’ll likely take a little while to level out, maybe a week or two but I shouldn’t think you’ll have too much trouble. I personally find myself way more level generally with test e.
