I usually take it with my last meal.
However I found as my food volume as gone up this has made me more sluggish and taking it first thing now seems a little better for myself personally.
Honestly I feel taking smaller doses of the right fibre type with meal 1 and last meal is likely your best option but you need to trial these things and take notes

Well firstly you are in a very fortunate position to have such a positive background in sport.
I would like to think your body is primed with a physique that is asking for more work. Strong tendons, balanced musculature perhaps.
But one thing, diet. You say you started to diet. I do hope you are not cutting.
You have found a great place to start as you know.
Eat man eat.
You have the work ethic and the desire to learn and grow, you already have much more than most.
Others on here are more qualified than I but I will say what I think and that is continue as you are, forget your past and focus on the now.
Learn how to eat and build. Yes keep it some way near tight but man nobody grew a decent musculature keeping trim.
Learn how to utilize your food for growth, perhaps 12 week mass phases then four week mini cuts and repeat.
This being said if you plan to compete as you grow then the one person that springs to mind is AJ Morris top boy.
He’s on here man perhaps he can swerve you in the right direction.
Be clear on your goal, make a plan, stick to it.

21/03/19 (Sunday) 215.25lbs
1st week of dnp down.
No crazy sides other than increased temperature at times during the day, mostly after a meal.
Sleep is a bit shit atm (nothing too bad) and irritability is noticeable but coming up to 4th/5th week on my cycle so the tren is peaking and this could be the reason.
Performance hasn’t taken a massive hit surprisingly. Managing to match sets/weight/reps and even increase…
Sweating a lot more during sessions and after a set I’m noticeably more out of breath. Nothing an extra minute or two of rest isn’t sorting out.
Noticed a pretty big shrinkage in midsection size this week too….. 4-5 weeks deep into this diet I would see it regardless BUT this change is definitely more than normal
Excited to see what another 2 weeks can do, especially now it’s pretty much at peak blood levels

Cardarine would be a nice addition imo, as cardio and output take a hit.

But hypothetically its more a combination of a stack of things contributing to the lower circulating estrogen.
The masteron will lower aromatase by half then with the AI on top it may have gone a little too far.
With the addition of proviron, less SHBG available to retain some circulating estrogen.
Also with the caber, I would drop it if its not required.
Will cause too much issues with dopamine metabolism long term if its not required.

No Aromasin this week and I’ve dropped the mast down some, I like the idea of not using Aromasin while the mast is in, i never realized it was that effective for lowering estrogen tbh. I’ll see how things pan out in the next week or two without it and perhaps introduce it back in before I drop mast.
I seem to remember you said the same to me about caber a couple years ago! Point taken Sir.

Hey man.
Feel for you on this, I’ve been in a bad spot myself, lost the plot last year and had a major breakdown.
As the guys say it may be down to underlying issues but also it highlights the fact that you need to reassess where you are at.
All I can say is what has worked for me and it is an ongoing thing.
I feel most of us in this hectic age have soooo much rammed into our heads that muddles our thinking and over complicates our functioning.
Social media is a pet hate of mine for this, I dropped FB and insta. I minimized and selected very carefully what I allowed myself to ponder over. K.I.S.S.
Keep it simple stupid. It works.
I pulled all stims for a good while. I put any training or physique goals on hold until I was in a better spot ( I still trained but in a way that wasn’t pressured by log book or performance but had fun with it) I spent more time focusing on others especially my wife and kids but also work colleagues and people in my street and that. Taking my focus off myself and looking at ways to help other people. This is therapy.
I must confess to vaping marijuana and I use cbd quite heavily, id rather that than Pharma and it works for ME.
I do believe this lifestyle can go out of whack if we do not keep ourselves in touch with some sort of normality, this sport is a lifestyle that consumes you if you are not strong enough.
Put your phone down, keep caffeine to a minimum or drop it completely, focus on rest and recuperation, take care of your mental health.
I am not meaning to sound patronizing at all so please don’t misunderstand as this is how I work and I am telling myself this very same thing as I write.
Learning how to love people is healing, it’s not hardcore or ‘a big man ting’ but it is actually paramount to having a fulfilling life, love fills the void. For me being on cycle can blunt this at times, we have to consider everything else that is at play and not just our selfish ambition.
Take it or leave it, this is how it’s been for me and I can honestly say I am in an awesome spot right now.
