    A nice alternative pre is 2x green tea bags steeped for 5 mins. Sounds totally gay but it’s a real nice clean focused training boost and a big relief from high stim stress.

    Have a look at the DC style for calves
    8 seconds negative
    5 second hold at bottom
    2 sets to failure
    Particularly on the seated calf machine
    Have a google, mine have gone from zero to hero in two years but biggest emphasis has been on the negative portion and full stretch, it feckin hurts but it feckin works

    Yes 100%
    So much can be achieved with diet. I wish I had learned more about nutrition when I started out. I jumped straight on and educated myself as I went on, not the way to do it!

    Var will still shut you down to an extent.

    cancle the “to an extent”, it will shut you down much faster than you think.

    look at this:

    a study involved 6 young male subjects. after only 5 days of anavar administration (at only 15mg daily), their test levels dropped by day 5 from 449ng/dl to 282ng/dl – a 37% reduction of test in just 5 days.

    so just a few weeks of a low/moderate dose of var and you will NEED a pct!

    Well ultimately ‘a cut’ is all about the deficit in kcals.
    Anavar and clen can be helpful tools in a deficit for sure but will not do the work for you as such (just to be clear)
    I’d plan a 12 week deficit to include Var at 50mg ed split and add clen in at week 8 or so and taper it up.
    Assuming you do not blast cruise you must plan your pct as Var will still shut you down to an extent.

    For me I run 70-125mg e3d depending on where I am with everything.
    I prefer to keep test as low as possible as i aromatize a great deal and do not like to run high dose Ai.
    I’d rather keep test for male function and stack other compounds for particular goals.
    I think some people are very estrogen dominant and others not so from what I can tell ,talking to some vets I know. Some seem to handle super high test and others not so much.
    I believe it’s better to keep it as low as possible and gradually taper it up over time but in very small increments.
    One has to consider if one is permanently on or cycling as this is extremely relative.
    For example if you cycle on and off I’d say 300-500 ew over time, perhaps if heavyweight then up to 700mg.
    I know many older guys like myself who blast cruise on 200-700mg ew
    So many variables to consider of course.

    For me it’s about channeling all that you are, everything you have, everything your not and everything you want to be into that moment.
    Commitment, precision, all out effort, no ego and whatever it takes to reach said goal. All of this applied to progressive overload, progressive eating, resting and learning about your body and how it responds to build the physique you wish for. The marathon and lifetime commitment of a gladiator and lone warrior. Be prepared to suffer and enjoy the process.
    Nothing short of inspirational and passionate.
    Leave yourself at the door and become the beast that destroys demons.

    Just to point out (And I apologise if this sounds obvious), but you won’t be considered natural if you use Clen. I’m not sure if you have plans to compete, but this would be considered a banned substance in Natural Federations. Aside from that, as others have already stated, it can be a good addition when all other variables have been utilised.

    I’ve not seen the photos as I’m not on Instagram anymore but why would Matt lie about dosing, he is in tune with his body and knows how to manipulate his physique, this doesn’t take large amounts of meds to achieve when you are already at a very good level. I’m sure he like most have used a ton of gear but I’d like to think he keeps it real. Slin can be sublime to build on especially with hgh. He likely cycles his carbs around expenditure along with intra carbs and pre/post slin.

    For me i hit arms often in varying rep ranges using various exercises. If they are lagging then frequently hitting them will force growth but as with all exercises mind muscle connection is paramount. I have three sessions that include direct arm work every week but I hit them a little on cv or rest days also.
    Volume and frequency has made a decent difference to my progress.
